Sturgeon is a large, long-lived ancient fish, its meat quality is delicious, high nutritional value, is a rare food on people's tables. Artificially cultured sturgeon, the water temperature of about 20 degrees Celsius is the most conducive to its growth. The oyster oyster, known as the Oedyster of Omi, is one of the four famous seafood in Qinzhou. The confluence of brackish water in the middle and lower reaches of the Gale River has been the habitat of the oyster since ancient times, and is now one of the main production areas of the Qinzhou oyster. As early as 2002, Qinnan District of Qinzhou City won the title of "Hometown of China's Great Oysters".
