However, due to the difficult preservation of silk and fabrics, such cultural relics are relatively few, and this time, the Chengdu Museum's "Yunxiang Clothing - Silk Road Costume Culture Special Exhibition" is taking this opportunity to collect 186 precious costume cultural relics, showing the cultural exchange and integration on the Silk Road to the fullest, telling the audience about the beauty of the Costumes of the Chinese Nation.
This exhibition gathers the history of the millennium span from the Han to the Tang Dynasty, which is divided into three units: "Covering the World: The Beginning of the Silk Road and the Western Transmission of Han Jin", "A Thousand Mountains and Common Colors: The Integration and Development of National Costumes" and "Machine Zhu New Tailoring: Weaving Technology and Style Innovation", using time to paint a wonderful portrait of the times, through the cultural exchange history of silk and the development of the clothing system, from the side to show the exchange and integration of various ethnic cultures on the Silk Road and the progress and development of clothing weaving technology, making people immersed in the scene and dizzy.
Covering the World: The Beginning of the Silk Road and the Western Transmission of Han Jin
