On 6 July 1963, the World Association of Jurists was established and 22 April was established as World Law Day, which was created to help create a new society governed by the rule of law in which the strong face fairness, the weak are protected and peace is perpetual. On such a special day when the two festivals meet, we can't help but wonder how to combine environmental protection and law.

Zhang San was sentenced for illegal mining, Li Si was sentenced for dumping toxic chemicals that polluted the land, Wang Wu was sentenced for indiscriminate logging, all three were punished, but who repaired the damaged mountain? How is contaminated soil treated? How are deforested trees replanted? Who cares about these things? Of course, when the procuratorate initiates a criminal prosecution against a criminal act that harms the public interest, such as damaging the ecological environment and protecting resources, the people's procuratorate may file an attached civil public interest lawsuit with the people's court, and appeal to the people's court to order the perpetrator to bear civil tort liability.
Hundreds or even thousands of years of towering trees are left to fend for themselves and are not managed, what to do? Watching the sewage drain into the river, many parties reflect that no one cares, what to do? Where procuratorial organs come to supervise and urge, and in the course of performing their duties, the people's procuratorate discovers that an administrative organ with supervision and management responsibilities in the field of ecological environment and resource protection has illegally exercised its authority or failed to act, causing the national interests or the societal public interest to be infringed upon, it shall submit a procuratorial recommendation to the administrative organ and urge it to perform its duties in accordance with law.

Only under the regulation and supervision of the law can environmental protection be deeply rooted in the hearts of the people, and everyone can better build a beautiful home.
If there is no birds and flowers in the spring, if there is no breeze and shade in the summer, if there is no melon and fruit fragrance in the autumn, if there is no rain, snow, wind and frost in the winter, the earth is no longer the same as before, and mankind will also go to extinction, so protecting the earth and loving the ecological environment is the unshirkable responsibility of each of us.

Very simple, for example, we must save water, save electricity, save paper, take more stairs and exercise, do not litter, domestic garbage should be classified, advocate green behavior, and practice the concept of "green water and green mountains are golden mountains and silver mountains".
