In the middle of filming (on the evening of July 6, 1983), the three Fu Sheng brothers and Wang Yu drove to the Clear Water Bay set, Fu Sheng and his brother Zhang Zhensheng took a car, the driver was Zhang Zhensheng, and the younger brother Zhang Zhanpeng (played yang Qilang in this film) and Wang Yu took another car. A car accident occurred in the middle of the way, and Fu Sheng died of his injuries in the early morning of the next day.
The exact cause of the car accident is widely debated. But what is certain is that fu sheng is riding on a white Porsche, and the license plate number is AD83. The number was interpreted as "Alexander Dead in 83", and with the help of the media, the legend became a supernatural event.

The person who transferred "AD83" to Fu Sheng was Wang Yu, who played Yang Yilang in "Wulang Bagua Stick". The death of his friend has made him feel guilty, and he has become the culprit of the thousands of people because of this license plate number.
In addition to Wang Yu, Fu Sheng's unexpected death also seriously affected the entire crew. Originally scheduled for Rokuro to go to Qingliangji Temple to invite Goro down the mountain, the plot of the two brothers fighting side by side to defeat the villains such as Pan Mei and Yelü Lian (Wang Longwei) had to be greatly modified, with Eight Sisters (Hui Yinghong) replacing Rokuro's role, and Fu Sheng disappearing after the 56th minute of the film.
On the other hand, the captured Shiro does not confess until the end of the film.

"Seven sons go, six sons return", the scene where Liu Lang returns home, Fu Sheng dedicates his most wonderful performance since the film. However, the cruel reality that is very different from the film makes the whole film shrouded in a tragic and depressing atmosphere. Liu Jialiang gave up all sense of humor, and in this film you can't see the usual jokes in "Shaw" movies.
