In response to the report, Big Hit Entertainment officially issued a statement on the 24th, clarifying that the incident was caused by the company's negligence, and explained that because the notification letter of the health premium was sent to the dormitory of the bulletproof youth group, it was missed in the process of transfer after being collected by the company.
