"The long-standing traditional Chinese culture is the link of national unity. Allegro is a good opportunity to show the world traditional Chinese culture. Since 2012, Yang Zheng, a policy researcher at Tianjin Xintiangang Iron and Steel Group Co., Ltd., has taken advantage of the opportunity of overseas study and exchange to promote traditional Chinese culture to international friends, apply allegro to cross-cultural communication, and become a rocker of Jinmen Quyi's intangible cultural heritage.
For ten years, every Friday at five o'clock in the afternoon, Yang Zheng would check the e-mail on time, considering the international time difference, this time was just enough to answer the questions of the "foreign apprentices" who were learning Allegro at the same time.
2022 marks the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Youth League of China. Recently, the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League commended the National May Fourth Red Flag League organization and outstanding Communist Youth League members and Communist Youth League cadres, and Yang Zheng won the title of "National Outstanding Communist Youth League Member".
"Being elected as an outstanding member of the National Communist Youth League made me deeply feel the importance attached by the League Central Committee to the inheritance of traditional culture." Yang Zheng told the future network reporter that this commendation is not only a recognition of his personal cultural inheritance practice, but also an affirmation of the vast number of aspiring young people who practice the inheritance of traditional Chinese culture.

Worship a famous teacher and practice ten years of hard work
In the summer of 2005, out of love for traditional culture, Yang Zheng began to teach himself allegro through online video, in order not to disturb his neighbors, he often went to the Haiguang Temple bus stop near his home to practice, and he did not expect to have an unexpected gain.
The technique was not skilled, and Yang Zheng practiced hard over and over again. One day, just as Yang Zheng was practicing while walking, he suddenly found an old gentleman behind him who had been riding and following. At an intersection, the old man walked up to Yang Zheng and took his allegro and played a "flower board".
The old man's "flower board" looked at Yang Zheng stunned, and such exquisite and skillful skills made him yearn. Before leaving, the old man wrote a note to Yang Zheng and told him, "Come to this address tomorrow to learn art." ”
The next day, after arriving at the address left by the old man, the China Grand Theatre, Yang Zheng found that the old man was Mr. Yu Lao, a famous artist in Tianjin. The so-called "master leads into the door, and the practice depends on the individual." In Yang Zheng's experience of learning art, he has received guidance from many predecessors of quyi.
In the Hebei District of Tianjin, he met Mr. Li Guangyan, the "Allegro Li"; in Hedong District, he also received the enthusiastic guidance of a Jingdong drum master... As a result, while Mr. Yu studied art under his teachers, he also established extensive contacts with other young people who loved allegro art.
Subsequently, through the formation of the "Youth Allegro Learning Society", more and more young people joined his learning team. This thriving literary and artistic environment makes Yang Zheng, a native of Tianjin, truly feel the cultural charm of the hometown of Quyi, and also strengthens his belief in inheriting the "intangible cultural heritage" of Jinmen.

Spread the art from all over the world and tell the story of China to the world
"Chinese culture has a long history and profound heritage, and has a strong casting force, vitality and cohesion." During the study of Allegro, Yang Zheng deeply felt the charm of traditional culture.
During his studies at Tianjin Foreign Chinese University, Yang Zheng performed allegro to many international students. After watching Yang Zheng's performance, Xuan Jie, a Turkish student studying at Tianjin Foreign Chinese University, had the idea of learning allegro as a teacher. But receiving this "foreign apprentice" could not stop Yang Zheng, who had been playing allegro for ten years at that time.
He talked to his predecessor, Mr. Li Guangyan, about this matter, and he immediately expressed his support and personally went to observe and guide. "Elder Li's consciousness is very high, he said that he can't speak foreign languages, let alone teach foreigners, but this is a cultural 'going out', which is a good thing for the benefit of the country and the people." Yang Zheng recalled.
With the approval of his predecessors, Yang Zheng accepted three apprentices, including Xuan Jie, a Turkish student. From this day on, their practice place "Wang Kuoba Park" also became refreshing because of these foreigners who learned allegro.
Although the lyrics of the "foreign disciples" are not standard and the techniques are not very skilled, every time they try to correct their pronunciation and every time they try to play a good rhythm, Yang Zheng can see the admiration and love of international friends for traditional Chinese music and art culture.
Under the teaching of Yang Zheng, the four international students made rapid progress. In less than two weeks, they were able to complete some simple singing segments. Under word of mouth, five international students from Europe and the United States learned from Yang Zheng. This made Yang Zheng see the hope of helping culture go to sea.
Before this group of international students returned to China, he gave each "foreign apprentice" a pair of Allegro and told them that they could exchange Allegro experiences by email at any time. In this way, the e-mail at five o'clock in the afternoon every Friday is Yang Zheng's verification of the results of the "foreign apprentice's" learning art, and this cross-ocean transmission of art has been done for ten years.

Innovative singing makes young people fall in love with traditional culture
On the bookshelf in Yang Zheng's home, there is a "no deposit money" piggy bank, which contains more than a dozen broken copper coins, which are fragments of his Allegro.
After years of practice, these broken copper coins are the testimony of Yang Zheng's inheritance of allegro music art, and represent his original intention not to change with time.
As a member of the Youth League Branch of the New Tiangang Group, Yang Zheng tried the propaganda mode of using the Allegro as the carrier to tell the exemplary deeds of the times in the process of organizing the League Day activities, and organically combined non-genetic inheritance with party building and team building work.
All along, Yang Zheng believes that "only innovation can better inherit". Therefore, he creatively put forward the requirements of "three anchors" in the art of transmission, that is, "anchoring national events, anchoring the needs of the people, and anchoring the development of youth".
This year marks the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Youth League of China, and Yang Zheng said that over the past hundred years, under the leadership of the Communist Party of China, the Communist Youth League of China has continued to grow and develop, and the Communist Youth League has united and led young people of all ethnic groups throughout the country to cultivate and send a large number of new forces and backbone workers to the party. "I also deeply feel that the CYL Central Committee attaches importance to using excellent traditional culture to unite young people and promote the healthy growth and all-round development of young people."
The members of the league, mainly young people, are the eugenic force of traditional cultural inheritance. Yang Zheng believes that it is necessary to encourage and guide young people to contact traditional Chinese culture as soon as possible, take the inheritance of Chinese culture as their own responsibility, draw from the history of the party's youth movement the action force of passing on the torch and forging ahead, take over the baton of history, protect, inherit, and make good use of traditional Chinese culture, continue the historical context, strengthen cultural self-confidence, and promote cultural exchanges and mutual learning.
"Strengthening the link between cultural inheritance and learning and growth will help the inheritance of traditional culture and the establishment of young people's values." Yang Zheng told the reporter of the Future Network that inheriting traditional Chinese culture can enrich the spiritual world of young people, improve their comprehensive quality, and contribute to the formation of a good social atmosphere.
Nowadays, Yang Zheng has harvested more than thirty Allegro students, including many teenagers, and more than ten are "foreign apprentices" from the other side of the ocean. He believes that under the inheritance of generations of "shou artists", the crisp bamboo board music will surely echo for a long time, and under the relay of aspiring young people, the strong cultural sound will continue to tell the story of China.
