Founded in 2017, Lost Boys Interactive has been working on its own PC and host IP and a number of collaborative development projects, according to public information. In addition to Little Tina's Fantasy Lands, they have also worked on Call of Duty and PUBG.
Upon completion of the acquisition, Lost Boys will become a subsidiary of Gearbox and remain independent, while also working with other teams to develop the game. With the addition of 220 employees at Lost Boys, Gearbox's global workforce will reach around 1,300.
