In September 2018, with enthusiasm and yearning for safeguarding justice, Zhang Qianyun came to the Yingze District People's Procuratorate, and in early 2019, she was arranged to the Fourth Procuratorate Department as an assistant procurator and became a member of the public interest litigation case handling team.
The main job of procurator assistants is to assist procurators in handling cases, to collect and verify evidence, and to draft documents. So her first job was to write a review report on a case. Usually, Zhang Qianyun and the Fourth Inspection Department measured the Yingze jurisdiction with their feet, whether it was a polluted river with a foul smell, or a dirty garbage dump and a farmers' market, they all investigated and collected evidence.
On December 11, 2020, due to receiving reports from the masses, there was a phenomenon of private excavation in a mine in Dongshan, the fourth inspection department and a group of people went to Dongshan to investigate and collect evidence, the slopes that had just snowed were muddy and difficult to walk, and when they reached their destination, because the road slippery vehicle could not continue to go up, Zhang Qianyun and his party could only get off the car and grope forward in the snow, came to the scene, the surveyors found a small piece of flat land, and took out the drone for evidence fixation.
After the end of the mine investigation, the prosecutors conducted a public welfare patrol in the jurisdiction and found that a large amount of living and construction waste was piled up in a certain place, and a sign "it is forbidden to pile garbage within 20 meters" was posted not far away, and the fourth inspection department immediately took photos and collected evidence.
Before leaving work, Zhang Qianyun logged on to the public interest litigation clue information platform to view the information of the clues damaged to the public interest, and sorted out and printed the content of the clues that met the conditions to prepare for the investigation and verification the next day.
The process was full of hardships, but she saw that the garbage accumulated over the years had been cleaned up, the gaps in the viaduct had been repaired, and the obstacles to the road were removed, and she felt that everything was worth it.
"I hope that with our efforts we can really bring happiness to the people, this is what I think in my heart." Zhang Qianyun said.
In Zhang Qianyun's eyes, the Fourth Procuratorial Department, which works hard together and works hard, is a "small family", while the Yingze District Procuratorate is a "bigone" who is happy and harmonious, and she is willing to participate in various collective activities, knowledge competitions, choral competitions, and literary and art performances...
