How the game should be designed

How the game should be designed

The son found more ways to play in the Switch game console, usually in addition to watching the game video on TV, with physical games, it is even more lawless. So, I was thinking about how to guide children to think about games from playing games.

Our generation actually has the conditions to play games, but our parents think that playing games is not a proper job, so when they are young, they are in the stage of being suppressed, and when we become parents, we are actually tolerant of games. Especially when I was a programmer myself. When I was young, I also played online games, also addicted, also wrote plug-ins, also played cracks, and of course tried to write my own stand-alone games.

That's addictive to the technology the game uses, not the game itself. So, sometimes, I reflect that if you play the game seriously to appreciate the essence of the game and explore the design concept of the game, not just the "technical" level, maybe there will be better results. However, the reality is that most of the people who play games are young people with poor self-control, even minors, who have no self-control, nor do they have self-improvement to the level of "Tao", they can only and only stay at the level of "skill", so the objective laws have doomed them to be addicted to the atmosphere of the game and cannot extricate themselves, if there is no external constraint.

By the time you can experience the Tao, you have lost your initial passion for the game. So is it possible, or is it possible, to design and make a game with these factors in mind, rather than asking parents to talk about "game" discoloration.

Is it not the essential appeal of these two that there is a contradiction in itself, a paradox in itself, an insoluble end?
