Mr. Chai Jianmin is a native of Yushe New Village, Shanxi. Born in the 1950s, he was recruited to enter the Yushe Fertilizer Factory in the 1970s, and successively served as a financial accountant, section chief, deputy plant director, factory director, and later transferred to the deputy director of the Standing Committee of the County People's Congress, deputy director of the Economic and Trade Commission and chief economist of the Jinzhong Bank Bureau. At the critical moment of the downturn in the fertilizer market, he was ordered to work hard with his comrades to turn the tide, so that the Yuhua enterprises that were frequently in closure would come back to life and lay a solid foundation for future development. Although Jianmin and I are both Yushe "Beichuan" people, due to regional differences, age differences, and work differences, we are not familiar with each other. I heard his name after I switched to politics. Since the 1980s, in political circles, people have often heard about his rather mythical legends. The real contact between the two of us was on May 23, 2009, at the "Yushe Poetry Promotion Symposium" held by the Jinzhong Grain Bureau; the official contact between the two of us was in recent years because of the online exchange of poetry. Recently, after receiving a collection of poems donated by Jianmin, I first read the prefaces of several leaders and colleagues and his "self-prologue", and I had several feelings that I was happy to spit out.
It is gold that always shines
Shiyou Chai Jianmin, born in 1950 in Xincun, Xima Township, Yushe County, entered the Yushe Chemical Factory in 1971, from financial accountant, section chief, deputy factory director, to factory director, step by step, one step at a time, 28 years. A thick and honest rural guy, struggling the chemical line with high technical content, and in the case of a downturn in the market, he was ordered to turn the tide of the storm and become stronger and stronger, and he pulled an enterprise that was on the verge of collapse back from the death line. Twenty-eight years of wind, frost, snow and rain, twenty-eight years of hard work, enterprises come back to life, spur horses, benefit the mountains and townships, talent is rare. In 1996, he was elected deputy director of the Standing Committee of the County People's Congress, a representative of the Provincial Party Congress, and in 1998 he was transferred to the deputy director of the Economic and Trade Commission and chief economist of the Jinzhong Bank Bureau. In 2010, he arrived at the station, but he did not stop, and then he harnessed the text, galloped the poetry world, ten years of tempering, and even polished a thousand masterpieces, two volumes! It really fulfilled that saying: gold always shines!
A man of great affection and righteousness
As he said, he studied in the Yu Society as a teenager and dedicated himself to the Yu Society when he was young and middle-aged. Although during his work in the Yushe Society, due to the nature of his work and the small number of contacts in the poetry circle, he himself was a Yushe person, who loved the grass and trees of the Yushe Society and the poor people of the old area, and used the money to deeply remember his alma mater, miss the teacher, miss the classmates, miss the poets, and give gifts to the townspeople at the beginning of the book. In particular, he misses his colleagues and his comrades-in-arms who have been with him for 28 years and have shared honor and disgrace! No, he actually went so far as to print the list of 195 "Founders of Yuhua" who entered the factory with him in 1971, shared weal and woe, fought with blood, persisted until retirement, and survived so far, and sent them to his relatives and friends with the books. This is so that he can often remember them, but also want to let the society, let more people not forget them, do not forget these heroes who have used their own youth blood and sweat, and even with a lifetime of dedication to benefit the Yu Society, let them pass on their names to thousands of families, and the spirit will be more ancient! His heart is worthy, his affection is precious, he is really a man of great affection and righteousness!
Record life in poetry
As a yushe person, he is particularly concerned about the cultural development and literary prosperity of Yushe, and pays attention to the harvest of Yushe literati and inkers. After his retirement, he fell in love with the study and creation of poetry and literature, and used the special form and text of poetry and song to record the spring, summer, autumn and winter of the first half of his life so far. He was passionate about Peng Bai and the tide of poetry was surging and he created more than 1,110 poems of various genres in just ten years, and published "Chai Jianmin Poems" (upper and lower collections) by Shanxi Publishing and Media Group Sanjin Publishing House. He used poetry as a weapon, "praise like a song, stab a song." In his works, he used words of praise to praise the construction of the motherland, the development of the Acura Yu Society, the changes in his hometown, the customs and customs of the Turbid Zhanghe River, and the humanistic history; he used his sharp pen to lash out at the ugliness of society and lash out at corruption; he used the form of poetry to recall and record the ups and downs of his life, record the rise and fall of the chemical plant, and record his current political observations. There are ancient styles, rhythms, words, and songs in his works. In particular, his lyrics have written 56 word plates, 365 works, the most "Partridge Heaven" 32 songs, "Huanxi Sha" 28 songs. Oh my God, I can't say that he ranked first in our poetry society, but it made me feel really ashamed to have served as executive vice president for eight years and president for nine years. It is precisely because of his hard work and diligence that he not only became a member of the Yushe Poetry Society and the Jinzhong Poetry Society, but also was absorbed as a member by the Taiyuan Tangming Poetry Society (good at attacking words) and as a member by the Shanxi Poetry Society.
