In order to implement the spirit of the city and district's overall promotion of epidemic prevention and control and related work, Hedong District Library has made preparations for the resumption of opening in advance while doing a good job in epidemic prevention and control.
During the period of closure of the epidemic, our library carried out large-scale and centralized collation of old books through the Ministry of Loan and Return, of which more than 2,000 old books were removed from the shelves and more than 4,000 new books were on the shelves. The new book covers many categories such as party history, history, literature and medicine and health care, and can meet the reading needs of readers of all ages.
In order to put the new books on the shelves as soon as possible, the staff of the tongyi and return department and the service outsourcing staff will accept, classify and process the new books at the fastest speed, and readjust the layout of the bookshelves, and each link is compact and orderly, ensuring that each work is meticulous and accurate.
Our library will welcome readers to read in a clean and comfortable environment and colorful books.
