Wei Dong served as deputy director of the Tianjin Emergency Management Bureau.

Wang Zhen served as the deputy director of Tianjin Local Financial Supervision and Administration Bureau (Tianjin Municipal Financial Work Bureau) (probationary period of one year);

Zhao Bin served as deputy director of the Civil Air Defense Office of the Tianjin Municipal People's Government (probationary period of one year);

Guo Zijie is the director of Tianjin Road Transport Administration;

Zeng Yan (female) is the director of Tianjin International Trade and Shipping Service Center (probationary period of one year);

Chen Shengyong was appointed Vice President of Tianjin University of Technology (probationary period of one year);

Zhang Danyang is the president of Tianjin Electronic Information Vocational and Technical College (probationary period of one year);

Removed Wang Jingliang from his post as deputy director of the Tianjin Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology;

Removed Guo Zijie from the post of chief engineer of Tianjin Municipal Transportation Commission;

Removed Yin Dayong from his post as deputy director of the Tianjin Municipal Bureau of Culture and Tourism;

Yu Huiqing was relieved of his post as director of the Tianjin Municipal Road Transport Administration.
