100 Heroes: Rise is a 2.5D graphics style ARPG game. The game is set in the new town of Nevière on the edge of the continent of Araan, where rune ruins appear underground due to an earthquake, where adventurers and people from all over the world converge. Players will play as three protagonists in the game, the treasure hunter "CJ", the orc mercenary Garu, and the deputy mayor of the new nevière town, Isa. Players can freely switch between three protagonists, each with specific abilities. In the game, players can go deep into the forest above the ground or the mining sites and ruins underground, collect resources and explore treasures through mining, fishing and logging, and rebuild the new Nevière.
As a prequel to The Legend of the Hundred Heroes, The Legend of the Hundred Heroes: Rise will receive linkage rewards in The Legend of the Hundred Heroes, including unique appearances, equipment, and items.
