In August 2020, the Second Procuratorial Department of our hospital found in the performance of its duties that an agricultural cooperative in Nandan County and its legal representative Wang Mou had harvested more than 1,000 mu of forest trees without obtaining a "forest logging permit", and the amount of logging was huge, resulting in damage to national forestry resources. In order to protect the ecological environment and promote the rational and orderly utilization of forestry resources, our hospital immediately filed a case for review, and took the initiative to explain the law to the cooperative and its legal representatives Wang X, shareholder Yu X and Wei X, and the three of them expressed their willingness to actively replant the forest land cut down, promising to complete the replanting before the end of March 2022, and then our hospital reached a settlement with the above-mentioned cooperative and three public welfare injurees on the criminal attached civil public interest litigation part.
