The regional party committee and the municipal party committee have studied and decided: Comrade He Lei will be appointed deputy secretary of the Hangjinhouqi Banner Committee; Comrade Ma Wenxuan will be dismissed from his post as deputy secretary of the Hangjinhouqi Banner Committee; Comrade Yang Huichun will be appointed as a member of the Standing Committee and secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission of the HangjinhouQi Committee and nominated to be the chairman of the Hangjinhouqi Supervision Commission; Comrade Li Huaiyi will be removed from his post as member of the Standing Committee of the HangjinhouQi Banner Committee and secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission; Comrade Cui Jing will be nominated to be appointed deputy flag chief and director of the Public Security Bureau of the Hangjinhouqi Government; Comrade Liu Ruiping will be nominated and dismissed as deputy flag chief of the Hangjinhouqi Government. Hexige was dismissed from the post of political commissar of the Hangjin Houqi Public Security Bureau.
