Su Shi has a poem called "Ants Attached to Mustard" that says that raspberry water is on the ground, mustard floats in water, and ants are attached to mustard, dazed and unattainable. Less, the water dried up, and the ants went away. Seeing his tears, he said, "I will never see my son again!" Do you know that between pitches, there is a square track Octagon Road? ”
The meaning of this passage is that there is an ant, looking down and hurrying, without thinking that someone on the way suddenly spilled a basin of water, and the ant was washed up by the water and struggled in the water.
The ant felt panicked because there was a lot of water, and it didn't know how to climb to a place where there was no water, so it struggled in place.
After a while, the water receded, the ant got out of the predicament, it met another ant, so it said to it, I thought I would never see you again, I didn't think I could survive, I was so excited.
In fact, in this small story, it is telling us that life is impermanent, unsatisfactory things often happen, the world is unpredictable, and tomorrow and accidents do not know which will come first.
When we encounter difficulties, when we encounter difficulties, when we face life and death, we still have to keep a normal mind, learn to look open, go with the flow, and follow our fate in order to live better.
Life does not have a hurdle that cannot be passed, the key lies in our mentality, as long as our mentality is good, we know how to look open, we know how to put it down, we know how to look down, we know how to follow fate, let nature take its course, and we will settle down with the encounter, then even if there are some ups and downs, we will eventually usher in the smooth road of life.
There must be a road before the car reaches the mountain, the boat to the bridge is naturally straight, we must have confidence in ourselves, we must withstand the baptism of wind and rain, survive all the difficulties, and eventually we will keep the clouds open and see the moon.

Li Bai's "Difficulty in Walking" said that it is difficult to walk, it is difficult to walk, it is difficult to walk, and it is difficult to go astray. Long winds and waves will sometimes hang directly on the clouds and sails to the sea.
In the face of adversity in life, we must always maintain a good attitude, keep a wide heart, learn to see open, because many things are doomed, the experience of a thing will not be less, rather than complaining, it is better to accept calmly, go with the development of Providence, laugh at life, and obey the heart.
When we have traveled a long way, when we have experienced a lot of things, sadness and joy, pain and tiredness, success and failure, setbacks and growth, are the most beautiful scenery in our lives.
We always have to keep a sense of tranquility, leave a wide heart, to accept, to face calmly, only after experiencing enough things, can we have a broader state of mind.
There is no satisfactory life in this world, only to see the open life, no matter what happens in life, we must learn to go with the flow, learn to calm down, look down on gains and losses, in order to have more.
Life is a chicken feather, a lot of bad things are everywhere, if you go to one by one to calculate, to entangle, to argue, then it will only make you more annoyed.
In life, people can't always suffer from gains and losses, can't always be calculating, they must know how to be tolerant, think in a different position, compare their hearts to their hearts, and be a person who is light and breezy, in order to sit and watch the clouds and clouds.
Let the past pass, cherish the present, live in the present, love life, blossom and thank it for its own period, love it brilliantly, love it wither, just go with nature.

I like a sentence that Teacher Yu Qiuyu once said: Life is a tree blossoming, or quiet or warm, or lonely or brilliant. Time is like water, flowing with the joys and sorrows of life; years are like songs, singing the bittersweet and bittersweet of life.
