Additional driving: F increases driving E and D, E increases driving D, C1 increases driving C1, and theoretical knowledge will not be required;

Beijing: From April 1, the charging standard for electric bicycle charging facilities has been implemented
In order to standardize the price order of the electric bicycle charging market and support the healthy and orderly development of the electric bicycle charging industry, the Beijing Municipal Development and Reform Commission issued the Notice on Regulating the Charging Standards of Electric Bicycle Charging Facilities in Residential Quarters of the City, which will be implemented from April 1, 2022. The charging standard includes four core contents: price separation, unified electricity price, standardized charging, and active service.
Hefei, Anhui: From April 1, non-standard electric three- and four-wheeled vehicles will stop being licensed
In accordance with the requirements of the Notice on Strengthening the Management of Illegal Electric Three-Wheeled Four-wheeled Vehicles issued by Hefei City, non-standard electric three- and four-wheeled vehicles purchased before February 18, 2022 (excluding February 18) are listed within the scope of registration and filing, and are included in unified management, and the filing period ends on March 31, and no filing and registration will be carried out after the deadline. Since April 2022, Hefei's illegal electric three- and four-wheeled vehicles have fully entered the standardization stage, realizing that illegal electric three- and four-wheeled vehicles "do not increase new quantity, digest stock, limit traffic and limit load".
Changsha, Hunan: From April 1, strict inspection of old scooters
According to changsha's "Notice on Regulating the Management of Low-speed Electric Vehicles", it is strictly forbidden to drive low-speed electric vehicles without vehicle registration procedures to drive illegally on the road, and the violators will be investigated and punished by the traffic management department of the public security organs according to law.
