How to manage honeysuckle during the Qingming Dynasty

author:Heroic agriculture

During the Qingming season, there is more rain, and the following points should be done in the management of the honeysuckle cycle:

First, honeysuckle cultivation and management:

(1) Qingming rain is more, will make the temperature lower, we must do a good job in the honeysuckle ditch drainage and flood prevention work, to prevent wet damage rotten roots.

(2) Medium cultivation and weeding: In order to improve the ground temperature, it is necessary to carry out deep and medium cultivation (about 5 cm deep), and honeysuckle seedlings are shallow and medium ploughing to avoid hurting the roots. Weeding is artificial, and the use of closed herbicides is strictly prohibited.

Second, common diseases and pests:

Insect pests such as aphids and silkworms mainly occur, and diseases such as powdery mildew and root rot mainly occur.

Third, the control methods of common diseases and insect pests:

(1) Pest control

1. Aphids

Aphids mainly harm the back and young shoots of honeysuckle leaves, and can occur throughout the year, and the probability of outbreak is low after April.

Control method: 70% imidacloprid 8000 times (2 g/sprayer) can be used to spray, aphids can be sprayed throughout the day (not available on rainy days).

2. Silkworms

Spring is predominantly in the form of larvae, nibbling on underground taproots.

Prevention and control methods:

a. Larvae: 40% of dichlorvos, dilute 600 times to irrigate the roots 2-3 times.

b. Adult insects: dilute 1000 times foliar spray with 4.5% high-efficiency cypermethrin in the evening; manual hunting.

Silkworm larvae and adults can be booby-trapped with poisonous bait. After diluting 100 times, the solution and chopped fresh leaves are stirred well and sprinkled around the plant in the evening to trap.

(2) Disease prevention and control

1. Powdery mildew

High temperatures, high humidity, dryness, poor ventilation and other climates will be triggered.

Typical symptoms: white powder on both sides of the leaves, the leaves are wrinkled.

Prevention method: a, 25% triazolidone diluted 650 times (25 g / nebulizer) spray.

b, 40% Fuxing dilute 6000 times (3 ml / nebulizer) spray.

2. Root rot

During the rainy season, poorly drained plots are easy to cause.

Typical symptoms: rotten stems and roots.

Prevention and control methods: a, 35% methyl cream 800 times + 25% apyroxystil 1600 times irrigation roots

b. Bright shield 1000 times irrigation roots

The prerequisite for root rot and root irrigation is: timely discharge of stagnant water and keep the soil dry. The second irrigation of the roots needs to wait for the soil moisture of the first irrigation to dry before irrigation, and it needs to be irrigated about 3 times.

Regardless of whether it is white powder or root rot, choose one of them to use, after 2-3 times of use of each drug, you should switch to another use to prevent the development of drug resistance.
