On the morning of April 2, Huai'an County held a meeting to promote the key work of consolidating and expanding the results of poverty alleviation, and the project leaders and relevant personnel of various townships, county transportation bureaus, county water bureaus, county housing and construction bureaus, county agricultural and rural bureaus, county development and reform bureaus, county finance bureaus, county rural revitalization bureaus, county industrial and information bureaus, county cultural and tourism bureaus, county human resources and social security bureaus, county financial offices, and Qitai company attended the meeting.
At the meeting, the relevant person in charge of the Rural Revitalization Bureau informed the problems found by the municipal supervision group, and arranged and deployed the rectification work, requiring all townships and relevant departments to complete the rectification work with high quality according to the time node.
The relevant person in charge of the project unit of the Rural Revitalization Bureau interpreted the "Opinions on Actively Promoting the Implementation of the Work-generation Vibration Method in the Field of Rural Infrastructure Construction", requiring all townships and relevant departments to fully understand the document and implement the relevant work in accordance with the spirit of the document.
The relevant person in charge of the Agricultural Finance Unit of the Finance Bureau made detailed arrangements for the integrated fund management measures and the project fund performance declaration form, and stressed that it is necessary to establish a fund performance declaration form for each project, interpret the index values filled in, and require the corresponding indicators to be filled in according to different classification methods to ensure that the indicator values are filled in standardized and meticulous.
The relevant personnel of the project unit of the Rural Revitalization Bureau trained the item directory entry section and the fund management section of the national anti-poverty prevention monitoring information system, explained several major errors that are prone to appear in the project database, and required all townships and relevant section bureaus to systematically enter the project in 2022 and set up the project for implementation.
The meeting stressed that all townships and relevant departments should further improve their political positions, consolidate their work responsibilities, do a good job in the current work with strong work measures, and ensure the steady progress of fund performance management and project management.
