First of all, thank you for using the Xinyang Enterprise Code Service Platform, the original intention of the construction of this platform is to build a bridge between enterprises and the government, smooth the communication channels between the government and enterprises, let the government understand and solve the problem of "urgent difficulties and expectations" of enterprises in a timely manner, and effectively help the benign development of enterprises in Shen. 1. Exclusive enterprise code registration and generation
1. Enterprise users can use the "sweep" function of mobile phone WeChat or Alipay APP to scan the public entry code of the enterprise code platform below to fill in and register enterprise information.
2. After scanning the public entry code, enter the enterprise code registration information filling and generating interface. After filling in the registered mobile phone number, enterprise unified social credit code, and enterprise legal person identity card number, click the "Get SMS Verification Code" button;
3. After receiving the verification code SMS of Xinyang Government Affairs Service Center, the six-digit verification code received will be entered into the dialog box;
4. Click the "Generate" button to generate the enterprise exclusive enterprise code, and scan the exclusive enterprise code at the next login to avoid entering the enterprise unified social credit code and the enterprise legal person ID number information.
2. Log in to the enterprise code platform
1. After completing the generation steps, you can get the exclusive enterprise code, long press the picture and click "the two-dimensional code in the recognition map" to carry out the enterprise login verification interface.
2. After entering the login verification interface, enter the mobile phone number at the time of registration (Note: If you enter the mobile phone number at the time of non-registration, there will be a reminder of the mobile phone number at the time of registration at the top of the interface);
3. Click the "Get SMS Verification Code" button to get the verification code (Note: If it is less than 1 minute from the last time you obtained the verification code, you cannot get the verification code, at this time, enter the verification code received last time);
4. Click the "Login" button to enter the main interface of the enterprise code platform.

After entering the main interface, users can choose functional modules according to their needs, and the platform is mainly divided into ten modules: policy consultation, enterprise appeals, customized services, human resources, free application, intermediary supermarkets, departmental good and bad reviews, opinions and suggestions, reports and complaints, and user centers.
Policy consultation: Enterprises can consult online on various government policies and regulations, business handling processes and other issues.
Enterprise appeals: Enterprises can describe and submit to the government in this module the problems that the enterprises themselves need to solve, and government staff will communicate with the enterprise contact as soon as they receive the enterprise appeals.
Customized services: Enterprises can submit the required "assistant agency" and "on-site service" service applications in this module.
Human Resources: Enterprises can query the human resources information registered in this module, and find the local talents needed for enterprise development by querying human resources information.
Free application: In this module, the enterprise inquires about the preferential policies that the government department (based on the big data analysis of the enterprise) accurately pushes about the preferential policies that the enterprise can enjoy.
Intermediary supermarket: Purchase intermediary services for project owners, intermediary service agencies undertake intermediary service projects, and industry authorities provide supervision and services for relevant units and personnel.
Department good and bad evaluation: Enterprises can conduct comprehensive service evaluation of municipal departments.
Comments and suggestions: Enterprises can put forward their own opinions and suggestions on government service work in this module.
Report a complaint: You can submit complaints and reports within this module.
User Center: Enterprises can query the history of handling matters and the progress of event handling, view the basic information of enterprise registration, view the enterprise exclusive enterprise code, and change the mobile phone number bound to the enterprise code.

Fill in the contact name and contact mobile phone number in the "Contact Person" and "Contact Information" boxes respectively (Note: The contact person and contact information are the main contact information of government affairs staff and enterprise contacts, please ensure that you fill in a valid contact mobile phone number);
2. Fill in the "Appeal Content" box to fill in the problems encountered by the enterprise;
3. After filling in, click the "Submit" button below to submit the appeal content to the enterprise code service platform.
3.3 "Customization Services" Module
Click the "Customized Service" button on the main interface to enter the customization service page, and the specific steps are as follows:

3.4 "Human Resources" Module

Click the "Free application and enjoy" button on the main interface to enter the application-free and enjoyable page, the specific operation steps are as follows:
Users can fill in the "Policy Name" and "Support Type" dialog boxes to fill in the search content expected by the enterprise, and click the "Query" button to view the corresponding retrieved policy information. (Optional)
3.6 "Intermediary Supermarket" Module
Click the "Intermediary Supermarket" button on the main interface to enter the Intermediary Supermarket page, the specific operation steps are as follows:
In the "Mediation Name" and "Mediation Type" dialog boxes, the user can fill in the search content expected by the enterprise, and click the "Query" button to view the corresponding retrieved intermediary service information. (Optional)
3.7 "Department Good and Bad Evaluation" module
Click the "Department Good and Bad Evaluation" button on the main interface to enter the department evaluation interface, and the operation steps are as follows:
1. Select the department you want to evaluate, and select one of the four options of "Good", "Better", "General" and "Poor" in the options;
2. Click the "Submit" button below to submit the evaluation to the enterprise code service platform.
3.8 "Comments and Suggestions" Module
Click the "Opinions and Suggestions" button on the main interface to enter the interface of making comments or suggestions to the government, and the operation steps are as follows.

3.9 "Report Complaint" Module
