Zhang Xinjie's suspected intentional injury case was filed and investigated by the Luoyang Municipal Public Security Bureau's Old Town Branch. After the investigation was concluded, on March 22, 2021, the Luoyang Old Town People's Procuratorate filed a public prosecution with the Old Town People's Court in accordance with the law.
