The decrease in revenue was primarily due to the company's strategic decision to invest additional R&D time and resources in the noah's heart and the project code: Sigmar to further improve the quality of the game and upgrade the player experience, taking into account the combination of market and other factors, so the two new games were delayed and failed to be released as scheduled in 2021. As of December 31, 2021, the Company's development and licensing business revenue was RMB472 million, a decrease of 20.9% year-on-year. Comprehensive game distribution and operating income was RMB448 million, down 26.7% year-on-year.
Revenue generated in the domestic market was RMB385 million, a decrease of 8.4% year-on-year, and revenue generated in overseas markets was RMB535 million, a decrease of 32.1% year-on-year.
As of December 31, 2021, Zulong Entertainment has launched a total of 16 boutique mobile games, and the product matrix has expanded from MMORPG to SLG, female direction, shooting and strategy cards. To create a diverse portfolio of games of all genres and diversity, the company expects to launch 11 MMORPG, SLG, female direction, shooting, strategy cards and other types of gaming products around the world between 2022 and 2024.
