And unlike the traditional consumer-grade manufacturers, DITA will never simply enrich the product line and the whole foil nature of the model to deceive Kr. Each generation of products is after several years of cycle of project establishment, research and development, production until the sale, even the packaging is extremely elaborate, not perfunctory.
Two years ago DITA released a limited-edition earbud called PROJECT 71. Supposedly, with my understanding of DITA's consistent attitude towards products, it should be unlikely that they will play a gimmick with this, and this "71" undoubtedly corresponds to the establishment of DITA's parent company in 1971. The small cavity of PROJECT 71 is made up of brass and ebony, and the structure looks uncomplicated but extremely difficult to process. Although my common sense cannot yet tell what kind of acoustic characteristics this design will bring, it can be seen from the fact that it sold out soon after it was released.
About this plug, when I first paid attention to it, the mainland side was already sold out, so I took advantage of the period of going to Tokyo, Japan, to the local chain HiFi equipment dealer e-earphone to see, no accident is also sold out, although there is a cabinet in the medieval district lying one, but as a "touch party", buying an antique brain is certainly not very good. And the release of this new generation of PROJECT 71 SAKURA EDITION (hereinafter referred to as 71SE) is indeed not expected by many burners, the new earbuds are still positioned as a limited model, it seems that DITA is intending to take "71" as an independent product serial number, independent of its own mainstream product sequence. The unit scheme adopted by 71SE is also completely different from DREAM XLS and twins FEETY and FIDELITY, etc., and the direction of sound can be said to be unique. The cavity is structurally consistent with the previous 71, combining brass with a wooden structure, except that the previous ebony was replaced with cherry blossom wood. According to the official intention, this unpassed brass and extremely valuable wood will naturally form a special texture after the traces of time. For a HiFi device, this is obviously not a part that the average manufacturer will pay attention to, but DITA deliberately makes it a craft for listening to music. In terms of wire, the 71SE has also been changed from the original OSLO to an upgraded OSLO oil-immersed line with the current flagship DREAM XLS, with a simple appearance but no loss of style.
In terms of sound, 71SE still inherits the old way of the original 71 in the direction, but it should be noted that the new OSLO line matched by the 71SE is quite different from the previous generation of wire, so the timbre and quality are still obviously different from the original 71. The overall energy sense of 71SE is evenly distributed, which at first glance sounds like a warm and pleasant way, but unlike the common pop plugs or omnivorous plugs, its excellent musicality is difficult to make people pay too much attention to the parts other than music. Most of the burners who have listened to the first generation of 71 have this feeling, of course, the difference is that the knot image of the 71SE is more full and condensed, and the separation in the instrumental music of different frequency bands is handled more well, in fact, if it is not put together to compare, the first generation 71 has done enough in this regard. The 71SE's IF is quite distinctive, the junction image distance is kept in just the right position, and the energy of the IF does not hinder the performance of other frequency bands. High frequencies or very high frequencies have done a little polishing for their omnivorous qualities, and the extension is good, but it does not appear too bright and exciting. The low-frequency sense is slightly more than the original 71 at first sound, but it is still within a reasonable range and is not loose, so that the details of the low frequency can also be maximized. In the details of the disclosure force, if the 71SE and the same or higher order using multi-unit moving iron or even electrostatic solution earbuds, the gap is still objective, but the level is still in the first echelon in the high-end single dynamic earbuds. In addition, the 71SE has a decent scale soundstage, and it is extremely regular, and the marginal sense is vaguely perceptible, but even if it is used to play back medium-sized instrumental tracks, it is completely fine. 71SE's dynamic performance level is medium to high, the general large scenes are not so real and can be fully held, and 71SE's characteristics of not being very picky about different types of genre tracks will not cause collocation concerns for burners.
In my understanding, DITA has a deliberate design trade-off for the sound characteristics of each of its products. It is precisely because the positioning of 71SE is not a flagship, or even subordinate to its own mainstream product line, so in the style performance of 71SE, DITA can have more room to play. From the tone of the entire sound, 71SE is biased towards pop tracks will be slightly more, in addition to excellent atmospheric performance, it can also be seen that there is also a well-crafted embodiment in the frequency band of the mid-frequency close to the human voice, so that most of the burners can have a good impression of it when they first listen. The excellent resolution is not only reflected in the vocals and physical instrumental music, but also the slightly more complex electronic harmonic 71SE can also be fully grasped. In the performance of the more classical small and medium-sized instrumental music, as mentioned above, although the brightness of the high frequency has signs of audible polishing, the extension and smoothness are indeed handled quite well, so that in terms of purely listening, the 71SE is closer to the preferences of most people. In this regard, the 71SE even has a different taste compared to the flagship DREAM XLS.
According to my past sharing of a device, I will most likely give a few more impressive collocation schemes to comment one by one, but in the face of 71SE such a collocation threshold is so low, and whether you are a mobile phone direct push or a large desktop system, you can fully perceive the earbuds of its tuning concept, and the significance of commenting on collocation does not seem to be very large. All of DITA's efforts on the 71SE plug are aimed at conveying its understanding of "good music" to the listener without any threshold, and I think this is the feverish meaning of 71SE as a non-standard sequence product.
If this plug is worth the price tag set by DITA, my personal opinion is that if you have played to a certain level for the HiFi equipment that you carry, have a certain understanding of what the equipment can make at most, and no longer blindly follow the advice of others for your own needs, then 71SE is a product worth listening to carefully. On the other hand, if you do not have too much experience with HiFi fever, I recommend trying to contact more with different types of different grades of equipment, 71SE is not the kind of equipment that can make you look up and show off in the ticket circle, compared to 71SE, DREAM XLS may be the choice of more burners. So for this plug I have no suggestions to start with, and the original similar situation, a total of 288, the price is not the most expensive category at the moment, but it is not cheap, if you are not sure whether this is what you want, leaving it to players who understand it may also be a rational choice.
