The main color of these boots is the army green of the non-commissioned officer, with a rough style and a slightly worn appearance, printed with the Sergeant major's Spartan designation "117" and the UNSC-United Nations Space Command medal. It also bears the logo of the War Readiness Group, which was part of the Naval Intelligence Agency's ONI, which developed the Quake-powered assault armor worn by the Spartans.

The design of this boot is based on Wolverine's Hellcat boot style. Because Halo fans felt that the design elements of the series were very similar to the Halo Universe series, they strongly demanded that the official make this boot a reality, which led to the collaboration between Wolverine and 343 Industries.

But while the boots sell for $225 isn't outrageous, it's a great stroke of luck to get the boots due to a limited production of 117 pairs. At present, there are no official ways and means of public sale.

The NCPA boots aren't the first style to be inspired by Bungie's Super Soldier. In 2019, Destiny 2 and the famous shoe dealer Palladium also jointly produced limited edition sneakers.
