The Yi people are a nation with a long history and splendid culture, and the Yi costume occupies a very important position in the treasure house of The Yi culture. February 20 last year was the wedding of the Yi boy Mu Nai Qijin and the Yi girl Shen Yue, they went to Bali to take wedding photos, unlike other couples, in this group of photos, both of them are dressed in traditional Yi costumes, strolling in front of the Bali Stone Temple, ten fingers clasped together and staring happily. Liangshan Yi costume culture
Liangshan Yi men wear black narrow-sleeved right slanted tunics and pleated wide trousers, leaving a small piece of hair of two or three inches on the top of the head, called "Zi'er" (Han called "Heavenly Bodhisattva"), with several inches long blue cloth bag head, in the left front of the tie into a slender cone shape "Zi Ti" (Han called "hero knot"), stretching out of the pa outward, to show heroic martial arts.
Liangshan Yi women generally wear a wide-hemed top with trim or embroidery on the upper body and pleated skirts or trousers on the bottom. Some women also wrap black headkerchiefs, and middle-aged women's heads are covered with embroidered tile-style square paws, pressed with hair braids, and the front of the square paws covers the forehead, like a hat rim. I also like to wear silver earrings and pin silver row flowers at the neckline.
When going out, both men and women wear "Purwa" (the outer trunk worn by Yi men and women), shaped like a cloak, the lower end is embellished with long spikes, which can reach the knee, and is woven with wool thread, mostly black. In winter, a wool drape with a pleated collar is wrapped in the "rub", and at night it is covered.
Liangshan Yi costumes are specifically divided into Ino large trouser leg costumes, Shizha middle trouser cuff costumes and Adu small trouser leg costumes.
