The work started at 220 million yuan, the price quickly soared to 300 million yuan, and then after several rounds of fierce bidding, it fell at 360 million yuan and sold with a commission of 414 million yuan, which not only greatly refreshed Xu Yang's personal auction price record, but also became the most expensive ancient painting and calligraphy in the spring auction art market this season.

The "Diagram of the Sacrifice of Prisoners in the Western Regions of Pingding" is recorded in the "Continuation of the Shiqu Baoji", the Eight Seals are complete, stored in the Qianqing Palace, and the scrolls also contain the "Treasure of the Ancient Rare Heavenly Sons of the Five Blessings and Five Dynasties Hall", "The Treasure of the Eight Expeditions of the Immortals", "The Treasure of the Taishang Emperor", "The Treasure of the Jiaqing Imperial Palace", "The Treasure of the Xuantong Imperial Palace" and other Qing Palace seals, and the scroll depicts the scene of the sacrifice ceremony held in the Beijing Division after the victory of the Pingding Zhuanbu and the Huibu. Quantu records a historical moment with realistic brushwork, with many characters, depicted in detail, bright and full of colors, and is a representative work of documentary painting of the Qing Dynasty court in the Qianlong period.
