With candy-colored skies, endless palm trees, and nostalgic vintage BGM, Slipstream is the kind of game you want to get started at a glance, like Violent Motorcycle in the early Internet cafes, only replaced by a car. The game incorporates elements of drift, with models from the late 80s to early '90s, such as the Nissan Z32 and Lancia Delta Integrale.
Slipstream pays homage to many of the classic racing games on Sega consoles, such as Super Hang-On, Power Drift, Rad Mobile, and more.
Slipstream has a variety of game modes, grand tour is a sub-station tour, Grand Prix is a tournament, compete for each station ranking to get prize money, used to upgrade the equipment. The host version also includes some new features, such as resetting.
"Slipstream" was previously only released on Steam (no Chinese supported), and the price was 37 yuan in the national area, with a praise rate of 90%. After landing on the console, players have more options, especially suitable for Switch handheld play.
