(hereinafter referred to as See Yi Technology) officially rang the bell on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

But the lie was soon debunked. Not only could the company's prospectus not be found on the website of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, on March 14, the Xiamen Municipal Financial Supervision and Administration Bureau also issued an announcement that Seeyi Technology falsely advertised that it was "listed in Hong Kong".

Difficult to buy

According to Tianyan, Seeyi Technology was established in January 2021, and the industry belongs to the technology promotion and application service industry, with a registered capital of 10 million yuan. Judging from the shareholding list, Yang Yingfu, the actual controller, legal representative, manager and executive director of Shiyi Technology, holds 95% of the shares, and Yang Yingcai, the supervisor, holds 5%.

According to the company's official website, Shiyi Technology is a super community and super e-commerce built through the online mall, and is committed to becoming an innovative e-commerce platform service provider for the eye health industry. Products include the Eye Waver P1-P3, as well as the fourth generation of intelligent flexible pulse eye wave meter, which is similar to a head-mounted headset.

According to the product introduction, a series of eye wave meter products stimulate ciliary muscle neurons by emitting compound waves, triggering ciliary muscle contraction and relaxation, thereby improving muscle elasticity and strengthening eye microcirculation. Applicable populations include presbyopia, cataracts, adolescent pseudomyopia, etc.

But it's not easy for consumers to buy this product.

None of the major e-commerce platforms have listed the brand's products. Southern Weekend reporter called the official website of Shiyi Technology as a consumer, and the staff said: "We have no stores in Taobao and Jingdong, only direct stores of agents." ”
