According to the WeChat public account "3U Manpower" of Sichuan Airlines Human Resources Department, sichuan airlines issued the "Notice on the Implementation of Parental Leave" on March 17, officially starting to implement parental leave.
According to the regulations, employees whose children have signed a labor contract with Sichuan Airlines under the age of 3 (inclusive), and employees whose children have signed labor contracts with a labor dispatch company under the age of 3 (inclusive) and are dispatched to Work for Sichuan Airlines, may take 10 days of parental leave per calendar year.
Parental leave is paid leave, during which the basic salary item and the assessed income item are calculated according to the attendance standard.
Parental leave is for the purpose of childcare and cannot be used to offset sick leave, personal leave and other leave.
