Jinmaoyuan (Central China) Surface Treatment Circular Economy Industrial Park, located in Jingzhou Development Zone, can carry out source control, classified collection, centralized treatment, deep purification, recycling and reuse of heavy metal resources and reclaimed water reuse for 18 types of wastewater generated by enterprises entering the park to achieve resource recycling.
Jingzhou Ouhang Metal Surface Treatment Co., Ltd. is one of the first batch of enterprises to settle in Jinmaoyuan (Central China) Surface Treatment Circular Economy Industrial Park. Invest 35 million yuan to build a fully automatic galvanizing and nickel-plated alloy production line, focusing on electroplating for automotive calipers and brackets, and officially put into operation in April 2021.
According to Wang Wenxiu, general manager of the company, their products are shipped to the park for electroplating after getting off the plane from Wuhan, and can process 10 million pieces of electroplating per year. Perfect supporting facilities and professional operation management are the key to their choice of production and operation in the park.
Wang Wenxiu introduced that when experts from automakers visited the company for audit, they were shocked by the underground comprehensive pipe corridor of the park.
On November 24 last year, the Ministry of Ecology and Environment issued a draft for comments on strengthening the prevention and control of heavy metal pollution, and the electroplating industry was listed as a key prevention and control industry. Newly-built and expanded electroplating enterprises shall be located in industrial parks established in accordance with laws and regulations and subject to planning environmental impact assessment.
Jinmaoyuan (Central China) Surface Treatment Circular Economy Industrial Park is a key construction project in Hubei Province, is the first green circulation park in Jingzhou hand in hand with Jinmaoyuan Environmental Protection Group, including electroplating production, electroplating wastewater treatment, underground comprehensive pipe corridor, public auxiliary works and other supporting building facilities, the first phase has built a standardized plant of about 72,000 square meters, wastewater treatment area of about 55,000 square meters, underground comprehensive pipe corridor of about 1.2 kilometers, wastewater treatment capacity of 5,000 tons / day.
At present, more than 20 surface treatment enterprises inside and outside the province, including Jingzhou Ouhang Metal Surface Treatment Co., Ltd., have settled in the park. The agglomeration effect of industries such as auto parts, shipbuilding, equipment manufacturing, optoelectronic information, new energy and new materials has gradually emerged, all of which stem from the park's strong guarantee capabilities.
Zhao Zhongqing, director of the production and operation department of Jinmaoyuan (Central China) Surface Treatment Circular Economy Industrial Park, said that after the wastewater of enterprises in the park is classified and collected, it is centralized through advanced wastewater treatment technology through the unpowered artesian flow system to achieve recycling and discharge according to standards. At the wastewater terminal discharge port, an online monitoring and sampling system is installed and networked with the local environmental protection department.
