On the evening of March 11, the Zhangdian District Administrative Examination and Approval Service Bureau received a notice to carry out nucleic acid testing for all employees in the whole district, and in the face of emergency, a nucleic acid testing mobilization deployment meeting was held at 3 a.m. on March 12. In accordance with the requirements of epidemic prevention and control, quickly unify thinking, take the initiative to dock, carefully organize, and refine measures. At 3:30 a.m., led by Li Hui, secretary of the party group and director of the bureau, all the staff sank to the 9 sampling points of the station street office to assist the community to carry out the first round of nucleic acid testing tasks for all employees, and worked with the community residents to build a solid defense line against the epidemic. At four o'clock in the morning of March 16, all party members and cadres threw themselves into the second round of nucleic acid testing volunteer service at the first time, and at each testing point, everyone strictly obeyed the unified work arrangement of the street, and together with medical staff and community workers, they thought, worked hard to make, twisted into a rope, claimed the task according to the division of labor, standardized the wearing of protective equipment, carefully debugged and inspected the testing equipment, and made all on-site preparations. After the test began, they assisted the medical staff to scan the code on the mobile phone, register the information, measure the body temperature, guide the test, answer questions and answer questions, etc., maintain the order of the scene, and organize the residents of the community to conduct orderly tests in different periods and batches. The staff on duty view the application information in real time through the enterprise service group, consultation telephone, and online approval system, reply to the consultation of the enterprise masses in the first time, and respond to the online office needs of the enterprise masses. In addition, in view of some special circumstances, we have opened up "green channels" and adopted the principle of "special affairs and urgent matters" to flexibly handle the contradictions between the current approval services and epidemic prevention and control, and solve difficulties and relief for the masses of enterprises. During the suspension of offline services on the 14th and 15th, a total of 123 cases of online approval business such as commercial registration and project investment were handled, and 35 cases were handled by telephone and enterprise service WeChat groups to answer public consultations, and deputy agents.
