The fourth round of negotiations between Russia and Ukraine is underway, and whether the two sides can reach an agreement is the most concerned issue for most people at present.
According to Agence France-Presse reported on the 17th, Turkish Foreign Minister Cavushoglu said on the same day that during the negotiation process, Ukrainian Foreign Minister Kureba proposed that he wanted to request the five permanent members of the United Nations (China, Russia, the United States, Britain and France) and Germany and Turkey to jointly become "guarantors", and the content of the guarantee was "all future agreements reached between Russia and Ukraine".
Chavusoglu added that he had mentioned the issue during a meeting with Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov the day before, when Lavrov's performance led him to believe that the Russian side should have no objections.
Recently, Turkey has gone to great lengths to mediate with Russia and Ukraine, after all, Turkey and Russia and Ukraine are both Black Sea coastal countries, and whether Russia and Ukraine are peaceful or not has close interests and concerns for Turkey. Therefore, Turkey's mediation must be aimed at stopping the war, seeking the greatest common denominator between the two sides as much as possible to avoid the expansion of the conflict.

Of course, Russia and Ukraine also hope for a ceasefire, especially Ukraine, since the conflict, Ukraine originally hoped that the West could provide substantial assistance, but in the end, those "allies" ran faster than the other, afraid of igniting fire. Now Ukraine is isolated and almost mired in a quagmire, and seeing that the West is unreliable, there is no way out but reconciliation.
Therefore, it is easy to find that from the 1st to the 4th negotiation between Russia and Ukraine, Ukraine's attitude has changed greatly, from the beginning of "no concessions", to now, no longer hope to join NATO, including the Donbass and Crimean territorial issues can be discussed.

Ukrainian President Zelenskiy has previously constantly "shouted" to Russia and asked to talk with Putin in person, but the Russian side always shirks that "the time is not right", in fact, it has no time to sit down and argue, but hopes that the meeting between the two heads of state can make substantial progress.
Russia currently lists six terms for peace talks, four of which are relatively easy for Ukraine, including abandoning NATO, lifting restrictions on the Russian language, banning ethnic extremism, and demilitarization.
The other two are more difficult, one is to recognize the independent status of the "Donetsk People's Republic" and the "Luhansk People's Republic", and the other is to recognize Russia's sovereignty over Crimea.
These territorial issues still need Zelenskiy to weigh them well.
Now that the conditions between the two sides have not yet been negotiated, Ukraine has proposed to let 7 countries help make "guarantees", which is both a distrust of Russia and a reflection of Ukraine's own weakness in urgent need of substantive support from the outside world.
Interestingly, a few days ago, the United States and Britain solemnly claimed that they would not rule out the option of "kicking" Russia out of the United Nations or even revoking its permanent membership in the Security Council, but the Russian side immediately responded that the mechanism that could deprive Russia of its seat did not exist at all.
The United States and Britain are only "mouth hi", not to mention that one of the "guarantors" listed by Ukraine this time includes Russia.
The Turkish foreign minister said that through a series of peace talks between the three foreign ministers, the Conflict between Russia and Ukraine has now had a tendency to ease. As for whether these seven countries should guarantee all the agreements reached between Russia and Ukraine in the future, China will draw a question mark here. Judging from what these two countries have done, they are afraid that this conflict will end too soon and that it will be too late to arch the fire, so how can they promote "peace talks"? Ukraine is clearly the wrong person.
