The second is to standardize the acceptance and use management of small winchs. The content of acceptance has increased from 23 articles in the previous six items to 35 articles in nine items. The procedure for acceptance is first of all pre-acceptance by the installation unit itself, and then submit an application to the functional department for joint acceptance after acceptance. If the joint acceptance of functional departments and offices is unqualified, the installation unit will be fined. The promulgation of the new "Administrative Regulations" has greatly improved the initiative of the installation and use of the self-directed vehicle of the unit and the pass rate of the first acceptance of the small winch.

The third is to improve the management of the underground project start permit. With the continuous improvement of the production process and the new requirements of safety technology, the original "Management Measures for the Commencement Permit of Underground Engineering" of our mine needs to be further revised and improved. For projects with an operation period of more than three days, our mine has redefined the relevant regulations, and added anti-gas treatment, self-rescue of wind pressure, water supply rescue and other contents. At the same time, the new "Management Measures" also strengthen the implementation of the responsibility of self-management of construction units. The "Management Measures" require that the construction unit should take the initiative to do the preliminary preparatory work before the start of construction, pre-acceptance by itself, after having the conditions for starting construction, submit an acceptance application, and then organize by the dispatching room to carry out joint acceptance of the standard item by item, who accepts which one, who signs the "Site Acceptance Form for The Start of Construction Permit", and which one has a problem is investigated for the responsibility of the acceptance signatory. If there is no condition for starting construction, if there is an unqualified one, the supervisor will be fined 500 yuan.

In view of this problem, in accordance with the "Regulations", "Quality Standardization Standards" and "Regulations on Responsibility Investigation", we have issued 102 problems and regulations for five specialties such as coal mining, excavation, ventilation, mechanical and electrical, transportation, etc., and analyzed the problems of stopping and stopping surfaces, and investigated the responsibility of the deputy supervisor and the safety and quality project contractor. After the introduction and implementation of the regulations on stopping heads and stopping faces, it not only improves the pertinence of safety and quality problems for safety supervisors to inspect on the spot, but also increases the motivation of grass-roots units to do a good job in safety and quality.

The third is to continue to implement the quality project guarantee system and the one-vote veto system for key quality projects. We have refined the quality standardization assessment and scoring projects into 6 major items such as engineering quality, pipeline hanging, ventilation facilities, safety facilities, and civilized production, and each project is contracted by the responsible unit to implement the management personnel, team leaders, and acceptance personnel, "who is in charge who is responsible, who is responsible for acceptance." The safety management department conducts key inspection and acceptance, one of which is unqualified, and the quality standardization of the head surface is not up to standard, and the responsibility of the quality project contractor is analyzed and investigated. At the same time, in terms of quality rewards, we will open up the grades and give heavy awards to the quality project contractors of the units that have done a good job in quality standardization work, and the rewards can be higher than the main position of the unit, which further mobilizes the enthusiasm for doing a good job in standardization and consolidates the quality standardization work.

The fourth is to benchmark advanced and strongly promote quality standardization. On the basis of learning the safety and quality management experience of benchmarking Xinsan Mine and Niuerzhuang Mining Company, we pay attention to summarizing the advanced units of quality standardization around us. We selected a mining area as a quality standardization benchmarking unit, put forward the slogan of "Yuanxue New Three Mines and Niuerzhuang, Near Learning a Mining Area", and summarized that they can always consciously put quality standardization in the first work to grasp, high standards, strong responsibility, strict assessment of safety and quality management experience, to promote. At the same time, the underground production unit was organized to visit and study the 14237 light work surface under the jurisdiction of the district, and each unit formulated a learning plan, targets and measures for the benchmarking, and the mine was assessed. Through the advanced benchmarking and the implementation of responsibilities, our mine has built "boutique lines and boutique noodles" such as -190 South Lane, the second overhead man vehicle, the 14237 light release work surface and the 14261 filling work surface.

Fifth, a weekly review of safety and quality has been carried out.
