It is reported that from 2021 onwards, Manbang began to analyze the complaints and disputes precipitated by the platform, and carried out a large number of user research, tried to manage the cargo owner users in layers, and introduced a "positive and negative label" mechanism for the cargo owner: fast (slow) freight settlement, less complaints (more), less cancellation (more), by marking the relevant business labels to the cargo owner, standardizing the behavior of the cargo owner, helping many drivers understand and identify the goods owner to choose orders.
Previously, drivers could also evaluate the owner of the order, but the driver's evaluation enthusiasm was not high, and a single evaluation could not solve the problem. The credit rating of the cargo owner launched by Manbang this time is a perfect system. According to the real trading behavior of the cargo owner, a credit rating score is calculated from several dimensions such as the quality of the cargo owner's transaction service, the situation of complaints and disputes, and the degree of trustworthiness of the contract. In layman's terms, for the cargo owners who have reached the basic number of delivery orders, the Manbang platform will specifically assess the five indicators of their completion volume, transaction rate, cancellation rate, praise rate, and responsible customer complaint rate in the past 90 days, and score according to the ranking of each indicator item on the whole platform, and get the credit score of the cargo owner after weighting and accumulating, and display the corresponding credit rating, which is open to all drivers. The credit rating is currently divided into five levels, of which 5 stars are the best, and the downward order is 4.5 stars, 4 stars, 3.5 stars, and 2.5 stars. Credit scores are updated monthly.
For cargo owners who have reached a certain credit rating, the platform will give honorary recognition and equity incentives, and the goods owners with excellent credit will receive priority display of goods, exclusive customer service, and the number of gifts and other rights, in turn, for cargo owners with low credit ratings and default behavior, the platform will also impose corresponding penalties and functional restrictions.
At the same time, the platform will also synchronously display the positive and negative labels of the shipper. Combined with the credit score indicators, the cargo owner with a high credit rating will display positive labels such as: fast freight settlement, few complaints, etc.; the cargo owner with a low credit rating or substandard will display negative labels such as slow freight settlement and cancellation in a prominent position. Drivers can judge through the evaluation labels displayed intuitively to better identify high-quality cargo owners.
Around the credit rating of the cargo owner, Manbang also designed a complete growth mechanism for the cargo owner group. Cargo owners can increase certain credit scores by learning credit scoring rules, online payment, etc., and then standardize better operations.
