Zheng Li: Chinese soprano singer of the Air Politics Cultural and Labor Troupe of the People's Liberation Army, and a national first-class actor. Born in March 1963, he joined the army in 1979. In 1996, he received a special allowance from the State Council and is now a member of the Chinese Musicians Association.
