The 35-year-old man's heart rate was slow to 40 beats per minute, but he saw the hint from his father's electrocardiogram

Thanks to the Lilac Garden Community Station Friend @ Betarak YYDS for sharing the quality case ~

Patient: 35 years male.

Main complaint: Repeated panic discomfort for more than 1 year, self-complained of long-term bradycardia, about 40 - 50 beats /min.

Medical history: there is often a history of tachycardia in the past year, and the palpitations are more obvious during each episode, accompanied by fatigue and inability to stand, and no seizure map has been captured. It was also told that there was a similar medical history of uncles and fathers, and his father's heart rate was as slow as 34 beats per minute.

ECG at presentation:

The 35-year-old man's heart rate was slow to 40 beats per minute, but he saw the hint from his father's electrocardiogram

recent ECG of the patient's father:

The 35-year-old man's heart rate was slow to 40 beats per minute, but he saw the hint from his father's electrocardiogram

Based on the above information, can you diagnose whether the young man has a problem with the ECG?

What kind of heart disease may be present? Is there a family history issue?
