This practice of printing serial numbers on postage covers in the form of currency issuance is a product of postal innovation in the new era. It records the history of the issuance of postage tickets on the mainland and is of epoch-making significance.
The significance of the serial number is mainly as follows: 1, the serial number is the ID card and identification code of a collection, and the number contains a lot of information, which dispels people's suspicions about whether the circulation of the postage cover released by China Post is accurate. 2.
