In her long-term ticket sales work, she has summed up the advanced experience of "four more" (that is, one more look, one more sentence, more support and more consideration), "four same" (that is, there are many people less, the attitude of passengers is good or bad, their mood is not good and comfortable, and the normal situation and special circumstances are the same), which has been promoted on the public transportation front in the city, effectively promoting the improvement of the quality of operational services and being praised by the broad masses of the people.

Zhao Shuzhen's "four more" comes from her deep feelings for passengers and sense of responsibility for work, she visited 154 hutongs and major hospitals along 106 Road, so as to achieve "one question and four answers, a hundred questions do not fall", convenient for passengers. When passengers get on the bus, she actively guides and enthusiastically publicizes, strives for more passengers at each station, and reduces the time of reversing and waiting. When the car was closed, she strictly abided by the rules and regulations, and her eyes did not leave the door and her heart did not leave the passengers, preventing the clamping. When the tram enters and exits the station, she insists on saying a few more words, takes the initiative to report the road name, driving direction, station name, connection route and change location, not only the sound is clear, but also the new and old names of the station, a variety of names are recited again, which facilitates the passengers' reversing and getting on and off the train, and many passengers from other places who come to Beijing say happily: "This way to report the station name, it is really to add eyes to the foreigners, long ears!" ”

Zhao Shuzhen enthusiastically serves the majority of passengers, paying special attention to the 7 kinds of passengers who are considerate of the elderly, children, sick, disabled, pregnant and foreign passengers and foreign guests, and tries her best to help them get on and off the bus, find seats, take things, and solve their difficulties. When the car was crowded, when there were passengers holding children who only sat two or three stations, she took the initiative to take the children, put them on the ticket table, and stood and sold tickets by herself.

Zhao Shuzhen is enthusiastic about service, responsible for work, seriously sells tickets, conscientiously receives car monthly tickets, is active, active, sincere and patient, prevents missing tickets, and various production indicators are completed very well.

Zhao Shuzhen enthusiastically helps young conductors, and conductors from foreign units often come to her car to study with her. The tram company carried out the activity of learning Zhao Shuzhen among employees and striving to become a "Zhao Shuzhen-style conductor".

In July 2004, Zhao Shuzhen died of illness.
