Spring ploughing preparation production material reserves
It is reported that the sown area of the whole flag crop plan in 2022 is 2 million mu. About 5.37 million kilograms of crop seeds, 12,500 tons of chemical fertilizers, 3,780 tons of mulch film, 21.2 tons of pesticides and 290,000 bundles of drip irrigation belts are required for spring sowing and production. In terms of prices, due to the continuous rise in grain prices in recent years, the price of spring ploughing materials has risen to varying degrees compared with 2021. Among them, the price of seeds for major food crops increased by about 20 percent; the price of chemical fertilizers rose by about 30 percent; the price of mulch film rose by about 5 percent; and the price of pesticides rose by about 5 percent. At present, the banner spring ploughing materials reserve more than 4.8 million kilograms of seeds, 0.74 million tons of chemical fertilizers, 370 tons of mulch film, 6.8 tons of pesticides, 130,000 bundles of drip irrigation belt, the flag agricultural and animal husbandry technology promotion center is actively organizing the distribution of stores to ensure the supply of materials.

Deepen supply-side structural reform and ensure the improvement of production capacity of key crops
The revitalization of the soybean industry is a measure of the country and the top priority of the supply-side structural reform, and the Bahrain Right Banner will conscientiously implement the work tasks arranged by the higher-level leading departments to ensure the steady increase in the planting area of important crops such as soybeans while stabilizing the safety of grain production. In 2022, the soybean expansion task of Bahrain's right banner is 30,000 mu, accounting for 30% of the city's task volume; the soybean corn strip planting task is 30,000 mu, accounting for 27.3% of the city. At present, the task of planting the whole flag has been decomposed and implemented, and all regions and departments will further strengthen organizational leadership, carry out publicity and training, rely on project construction, and strengthen technical services to ensure the healthy development of the soybean industry and the continuous improvement of production capacity.
Implement high-standard farmland construction and comprehensively promote spring ploughing production
High-standard farmland construction is the core of the strategy of "hiding grain in the land" and an important way to save resources and enhance soil strength. Up to now, the 73,000 mu of high-standard farmland construction project in Bahrain Right Banner in 2021 has fully resumed work, and it is planned to complete all construction tasks in May to meet the completion acceptance; the 110,000 mu construction project in 2022 is undergoing design plan review, and it is planned to start construction in early April, complete the main field project at the end of April, and complete all construction tasks at the end of November.
Organize agricultural technology training and improve the planting management skills of farmers and herdsmen
Recently, the Flag Agriculture and Animal Husbandry Technology Extension Center has organized 8 professional and technical personnel to carry out special training in the streets of Sumu Town in the whole flag for spring ploughing preparation, soybean expansion, soybean corn strip composite planting, etc., on the national policy, subsidy policy, spring ploughing material selection and purchase skills, strip planting technology, silage corn and characteristic cash crop planting technology, etc., and has trained more than 1,200 farmers and distributed 1,300 copies of technical information.
The Bahrain Right Banner Committee and government conscientiously implement the spirit of the No. 1 document of the Central Committee and the Central Rural Work Conference, persistently regard spring ploughing and ploughing production as the most important and urgent task of the current agricultural work, seize the agricultural time, adjust the planting structure, expand the scale of planting, deepen the structural reform of the supply side, strengthen technical guidance, ensure the orderly progress of the spring ploughing production work in the whole banner, and truly turn the "grain bag" into a "money bag" for the people to increase income.
