With the growing market demand, problems such as uneven vehicle quality, irregular rental procedures, fatigue driving, and vicious competition frequently appear, and there are greater safety hazards. Since the beginning of this year, the transportation departments of Jinhua and Dongyang have aimed at the goal of serving social development, standardizing market order and ensuring traffic safety, conducting in-depth research, classifying policies, reforming and innovating, and vigorously promoting to build a high-quality, harmonious, safe and orderly scenic passenger transport environment.

In March this year, the Dongyang transportation department vigorously standardized the crew cars, and the Hengdian Squadron of the Municipal Transportation Comprehensive Administrative Law Enforcement Team and the traffic police department jointly launched a special management action focusing on speciality, comfort, aesthetics and safety. According to the regulations, all crew cars in the Hengdian scenic spot shall not be more than 10 years old, and the Hengdian Transportation Company shall conduct high-frequency performance testing in accordance with the principle of one inspection per quarter and one inspection each time to ensure that the vehicle is in a good technical state; the driver shall sign a letter of commitment to safe driving to ensure driving safety. At present, 850 buses with more than 10 seats that have contracted crew car services in Hengdian have completed vehicle registration and documentation and been included in the management of crew cars.

"In order to ensure the safety of group performance transfer from the source, we have visited the transportation company and the crew service company many times to help them further improve the management plan of the group performance vehicle." Du Jian, commander of the Hengdian Squadron of the Dongyang Transportation Comprehensive Administrative Law Enforcement Team, introduced that in view of the safe, real-time and orderly needs of the group performance vehicles, from March 1, the transfer and transportation tasks of all the actors in the Hengdian Scenic Area will be uniformly responsible for the Hengdian Transportation Company. To this end, Hengdian Transport Company has set up a crew car management department to provide 24-hour transportation service guarantee according to the needs of group performance vehicles, and compliant vehicles can only enter and exit all scenic spots after being equipped with unique identity signs. The company has also set up a special inspection department to coordinate all scenic spot security guards to conduct all-weather and all-round supervision of group performance pick-up and drop-off vehicles entering scenic spots, and "squeeze" unlicensed transport vehicles out of the group performance transportation market. Two months after the move, the crew service company's transportation costs were reduced by more than 20%.
