Born on top of the PlayStation in 1999 and developed by tri-Ace, the development company of the "Sea of Stars" series, the "Norse Goddess" series tells the story of valkyrie, which was widely acclaimed that year due to its unique Norse mythological style and ARPG game mode, and the music led by the well-known game musician Sakuraba Tō also impressed players.
On the official website of Valkyrie Elysium, we found that the music of this game is still under the responsibility of Sakuraba, and the character is yuya Nagai of Cydesignation, a subsidiary of Cygames, who is also the person of "Blue Fantasy", and CyDesignation is set up by the "Final Fantasy" series, the well-known art designer Akihiko Yoshida.
Somewhat surprisingly, the developers of Valkyrie Elysium are Soleil, a group of former members of Tkumo's studio Team Ninja, who have developed the Dead or Alive and Ninja series.
Originally a subsidiary of Valhalla Game Studios, Soleil was founded in 2008 by itkaki, the familiar "sulphuric face" of Chinese players, whose first game was Devil Trinity on WiiU, and in 2017, Soleil was integrated with the parent company into a Hong Kong company called Wake Up Interactive.
After joining Wake Up Interactive, Soleil developed titles such as Naruto Hirohito: New Ninja Strike and Samurai Jack: Battle of Time, and participated in the production of Tsuyoshi Suda's game Travis: Heroes No More.
