1 Che Fangen (Korea)

Cha Fangen is the top scorer in South Korean history, contributing 58 goals in 136 games. From 1979 to 1989, Che Fangen played in the German league, contributing 98 goals in 308 appearances and winning the UEFA Cup twice.

2 Paulino-Alcantara (Philippines, Spain)

Paulino Alcantara made 395 appearances for Barcelona, scoring 143 goals, making him the seventh-ever goalscorer in Barca's history.

3 Son Heung-min (Korea)

After joining Tottenham, Son Heung-min gradually became one of the best players in the Premier League and the world, ranking 22nd in the 2019 Ballon d'Or Awards, the best ranking of Asian players in the Ballon d'Or. He has played for South Korea 89 times, scoring 26 goals.

4 Park Ji-sung (Korea)

Park Ji-sung was an outstanding player in Manchester United, winning the Champions League with the team in 2008, the first Asian player to win the Champions League, winning the Premier League four times and being nominated for a Golden Globe in 2005. In the 2002 World Cup, he reached the final four with the Korean team.

5 HONDA Keisuke (Japan)

Honda spent most of his career in Europe, playing 98 times for the Japanese national team, having a strong performance at the 2010 World Cup and winning the 2011 Asian Cup Player of the Year.

6 Hidetoshi Nakata (Japan)

Hidetoshi Nakata was twice named Asian Footballer of the Year, nominated for the Golden Ball Three times, and Nominated for The World Footballer of the Year four times, and was instrumental in the Japanese national team's entry into the 1998 World Cup. He played in Serie A for many years and scored a goal in the 2002 Coppa Italia final.

7 Kim Sung Sung (Korea)

Kim was ranked second in the IFFHS' 20th Century Asian Player of the Year and won the Asian Footballer of the Year award from 1989-1991.

8 Hong Myung-fu (South Korea)

Hong Myung-fu made 136 appearances for the South Korean national team, helping South Korea reach the final four of the 2002 World Cup, where he won the bronze ball award.

9 Nakamura Toshiaki (Japan)

Shunsuke Nakamura played well with the Celtics of the Soviet Super League, winning several individual awards in the 2006–07 season and being nominated for the Golden Globe Award, and he still plays in the Japanese domestic league.

10 SHINJI KAGAWA (Japan)

Shinji Kagawa won the Bundesliga title twice with Borussia Dortmund and played for Manchester United. At the national team level, Shinji Kagawa scored 31 goals in 97 appearances for Japan.

11 Ali-Dei (Iran)

Madavija played for Germany for 8 years, becoming Bundesliga assists in 2002–03 and winning the Asian Footballer of the Year in 2003.

13 Al-Jabbar (Saudi Arabia)

Al-Jabbar is the best player in Saudi Arabia's history, having played in four consecutive World Cups and scored 46 goals in 156 appearances for Saudi Arabia.

14 Nekonam (Iran)

Nekonan is iran's all-time appearance record holder, scoring 39 goals in 151 appearances. He joined Osasuna in 2006 and spent seven years in Spain.

15 Younis (Iraq)

Eunice helped Iraq win the Asian Cup in 2007, scoring 57 goals in 148 national team appearances, making him the first appearance in Iraqi history and second in the team's history as a top scorer.

16 Kunimo Kamamoto (Japan)

Kunigata Kamubon scored 202 goals in 251 games for Yanmar Diesel, while scoring 75 goals in 76 appearances for the national team, was the all-time top scorer of the Japanese team, scoring seven goals at the 1968 Olympic Games to help Japan win the bronze medal.

17 Majid Abdullah (Saudi Arabia)

Majid has played for Riyadh victories in his career, scoring 72 goals in 117 appearances for Saudi Arabia and is the saudi team's all-time top scorer.

18 MIURA Chira (Japan)

Miura, 54, is still playing in the pro league, winning the Asian Footballer of the Year in 1992 and scoring 55 goals in 89 appearances for Japan.

19 Said Ovilam (Saudi Arabia)

Ovilan was a saudi who made it to the 1994 World Cup, playing for Al Shabab all his career, scoring 238 goals in 588 appearances.

20 SHINJI KAZAKI (Japan)

Shinji Okazaki won the Premier League title with Leicester City in 2016 and scored 50 goals in 119 appearances for Japan, making him the third top scorer in Japanese history.
