In May 2018, according to the needs of my work, I was sent to Wenzhuang Village, Huaqi Town, Qinzhou District as the first secretary. I am honored to have this opportunity to work and study in the countryside. As a member of the Communist Party, I soberly realized that becoming a "first secretary", staying in the village to help is not only a job, but also a heavy responsibility.

Overcome their own difficulties and devote themselves to the work of helping and supporting the village. In the first month of Laiwenzhuang Village, I had a variety of reactions to the water and soil, as one of the few female secretaries in the town, I did not want to be labeled as "squeamish" as soon as I came, but I did not take a day off, used the evening time to go to the clinic to drip, and insisted on going to the village normally the next day and never delaying my work. In fact, before I came, I was fully prepared to suffer. However, the village position even the infrastructure is not perfect, in addition to the office, conference room, e-commerce platform base, village clinic and other 7 houses, there is no water room and toilet to meet people's daily life needs, fortunately, there is a dirt toilet in the town government courtyard 1.2 kilometers away. I understand that only by following the customs can we better work in the village and better provide effective help to the villagers.

With heart to heart, not only treat every villager sincerely, but also start from small things. During the household visit, our team found that there were two broken manhole covers in the village, and promptly contacted the help unit to repair them to ensure the safety of the villagers. For individual poor households that are passive in their thinking on poverty alleviation, lack of development momentum, and have a serious sense of dependence, my team members and I have visited and publicized the national poverty alleviation policy many times, and strive to first change the poor households from "passive" to "active" in their thinking and solve problems from the "root". In the process of entering the household, a low-income poor household called Wen Yuhui had a strong resistance to the secretary of the village branch and the members of the task force, not only did not let the team members enter the house, but also saw us and kept cursing and grinning. In view of this situation, I first asked the cadres stationed in the village about the situation, and learned that Wenyuhui was suspended in October of the previous year due to personal reasons. Subsequently, I took the initiative to approach Wen Yuhui to understand the reasons for his suspension of low security, checked the situation with the relevant departments in the town in front of Wen Yuhui, and urged him to actively take remedial measures, and finally decided to report the addition of Wenyuhui to the civil affairs department in July to resume the issuance of low security. Through these two small things, I think that the things promised to the villagers must be done, and for some problems that are difficult to solve for a while, we must seriously think about solutions, and give the villagers real feedback on the progress of the situation.

Be fair and just, and pay close attention to improving the "one household, one policy" precision poverty alleviation plan. To carry out all kinds of work in the village, we must always adhere to the principle of fairness and justice, strictly follow laws and regulations, follow policy documents, and formulate a proper work plan. Wenzhuang Village, where I work, due to the small population in the village, the total number of households is only 165 households and 753 people, the total area of cultivated land is 2637 mu, in 2013, there were 82 poor households with 391 people, in 2014 there were 4 people in poverty reduction, 2 people in 2 households returned to poverty, 23 households and 109 people were lifted out of poverty in 2015, 132 people in 26 households were lifted out of poverty in 2016, and 19 people in 5 households were lifted out of poverty in 2017. Up to now, 117 people from 28 households have not been lifted out of poverty, and the incidence of poverty has dropped from 51.92% in 2013 to 15.5%. In 2018, it is planned to lift 22 households out of poverty and strive to lift the entire village out of poverty in 2019.

In accordance with the relevant spirit of the "one household, one policy" precision poverty alleviation plan, Wenzhuang Village has formulated a total of 28 households with a "one household, one policy" precision poverty alleviation plan, and the task force and the support units and some of the help cadres have entered the village and entered the households in batches to formulate assistance measures face to face with poor households. Before March 20 of last year, all the work of filling in, entering the electronic version and signing of the "one household, one policy" precision poverty alleviation plan was completed, laying a good foundation for the next step of precision poverty alleviation and precise poverty alleviation. Since May, the "one household, one policy" precision poverty alleviation plan has been improved, the information of poor households has been checked face-to-face with farmers, the causes of poverty have been repeatedly studied and judged, and the assistance measures have been refined, so as to avoid the problems of untrue information of poor households, inaccurate analysis of the causes of poverty, unspecific assistance measures and even "multiple households and one policy". On June 9, the "look back" work was carried out, the help unit was contacted, the person responsible for the help was fully involved, the household visit was carefully visited to understand the latest situation of the village households, and the household survey dynamic management mapping form was filled in detail, and the "one household, one policy" poverty alleviation plan was further improved.

Lead by example and establish a good image of party members and cadres. As the first secretary, I actively participated in the activities of the village party branch, strictly implemented the "three meetings and one lesson" system, and participated in the daily study and exchange, village-level affairs management, and research and discussion of major matters in the village.

Don't forget the original intention, keep in mind the mission. In the next step, I will lead the team members to further strengthen the study and publicity of the spirit of the Nineteenth National Congress of the Party, Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, and other policy spirits; earnestly strengthen and improve the standardization construction of village party branches, strengthen the study of branch team members, unite and be pragmatic, improve the ideological level and work ability, do a good job in building the contingent of reserve cadres at the village level, strengthen the construction of the village party branch position, do a good job in the construction of party member activity rooms, continuously enrich and update the study materials, strive to meet the standards of the party building demonstration points, and give play to the exemplary and leading role. Second, it is necessary to continue to improve the poverty alleviation consolidation plan of 55 households that have been lifted out of poverty, pay attention to caring for poor households, strengthen the spiritual poverty alleviation work of their will and wisdom, and ensure that they are fundamentally stable and out of poverty. Improve the support plan, lead the party building to promote poverty alleviation, and make positive contributions to the realization of poverty alleviation in Wenzhuang Village.
