Due to the change of work, Zhao Bin submitted a request to resign as chief procurator of the Lincang Municipal People's Procuratorate. In accordance with the relevant provisions of the Organic Law of the People's Republic of China on Local People's Congresses at All Levels and Local People's Governments at All Levels and the Measures for the Appointment and Removal of Staff of Local State Organs by the Standing Committee of the Lincang Municipal People's Congress, the Twenty-seventh Session of the Standing Committee of the Fourth People's Congress of Lincang City decided:

Accept Zhao Bin's request to resign as chief procurator of the Lincang Municipal People's Procuratorate, and the Lincang Municipal People's Procuratorate shall report to the Yunnan Provincial People's Procuratorate for approval by the Standing Committee of the Yunnan Provincial People's Congress, and report to the Lincang Municipal People's Congress for the record.
