The party group of the Ministry of Education appointed and dismissed some members of the leading group of the party committee of our school
A few days ago, the school received a notice from the party group of the Ministry of Education of the Communist Party of China on the appointment and dismissal of some members of the leading group of the party committee of our school.
The party group of the Ministry of Education of the CPC, in agreement with the Shanghai Municipal CPC Committee, decided that Comrade Wu Guangming should be appointed as a member of the Standing Committee and deputy secretary of the CPC Common Economic University Committee, and Comrade Fang Ping should be appointed as a member of the CPC Central Committee, a standing committee, a deputy secretary, and a secretary of the Discipline Inspection Committee; Comrade Jiang Fuming should be dismissed from his posts as deputy secretary, standing committee member, and secretary of the Discipline Inspection Committee of the CPC Common Economic University Committee, and Comrade Ma Jinming from his posts as deputy secretary and standing committee member of the CPC Common Economic University Committee.

Wu Guangming, male, born in October 1964, Han ethnicity, Nantong, Jiangsu Province, Ph.D., professor, doctoral supervisor. He once served as the deputy director and director of the Science and Technology Department of Tongji University, the deputy dean of the Research Institute of Tongji University, the dean of the School of Materials Science and Engineering, the director of the Key Laboratory of Advanced Civil Engineering Materials of the Ministry of Education, and the assistant to the president. In September 2014, he was appointed as a vice-university-level cadre of Tongji University, a member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of Xinjiang University, and a vice president (aiding Xinjiang). In May 2018, he was appointed Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Tongji University.
From September 1982 to July 1987, he studied Applied Physics at the Department of Physics of Tongji University and obtained a bachelor of science degree. Fang Ping, born in September 1969, is a native of Hexian County, Anhui Province. He began his career in August 1986 and joined the Communist Party of China in June 1991. Postgraduate degree, Doctor of History, Professor.
From September 1983 to July 1986, he studied at Hexian Normal School in Anhui Province, and joined the work in Sunbao Middle School in Anhui Province and County in August 1986. He entered the Department of History of East China Normal University in September 1988 and received his bachelor's and master's degrees in July 1992 and July 1995. From July 1995 to September 1997, he worked in the Organization Department of the Jing'an District Committee of the Communist Party of China in Shanghai. He studied for a doctorate at East China Normal University in September 1997, and received his ph.D. in history in July 2000. He was promoted to associate professor in 2002 and professor in 2009. He once served as deputy director of the Organization Department of the Party Committee of East China Normal University, deputy director of the Party Committee Office and deputy director of the Information Office, deputy director of the Comprehensive Management Office of the North Zhongshan Road Campus, director of the Party Committee Office, secretary of the Party Committee of the Department of History, director of the Organization Department of the Party Committee and executive vice president of the Party School. In June 2016, he was appointed Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of East China Normal University. In May 2018, he was appointed Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission of Tongji University.
