The Human Resources and Social Security Bureau of Seda County, Ganzi Prefecture, went to Dazhou City to investigate the follow-up treatment of employment and income increase in the relocation of poverty alleviation and relocation

On September 13, Zhou Enjun, director of the Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security of Seda County, Ganzi Prefecture, and Yang Qi, director of the Employment Bureau, came to Dazhu County, Dazhou City, to investigate the follow-up work of poverty alleviation and relocation in Dazhu County, Ganzi Prefecture.

The research team came to Sichuan Jinyu Sporting Goods Co., Ltd. to conduct on-the-spot research on the situation of enterprises absorbing employment and poverty alleviation and increasing income. During the visit, the research team talked cordially with the relocated people from time to time and asked them in detail about their working hours, wages and treatment. Subsequently, the research team came to the centralized resettlement site for poverty alleviation and relocation in Jiuyin Village, Yuehua Town, to gain an in-depth understanding of the follow-up governance of the resettlement site, concentrate on improving the construction of the happiness index, and highly appreciate the construction concept of "double proximity, three integration" of the resettlement site. The research team also came to Sichuan Dongliu Mash Co., Ltd., a demonstration unit for employment and poverty alleviation in Sichuan Province, to listen, watch, and ask questions to gain an in-depth understanding of the experience and practices of enterprises in absorbing the situation of poverty alleviation and relocation in the vicinity of the masses.

After the end of the survey, the research team said that the successful experience of Dazhu County's "double proximity and three integration" to promote employment and income increase is worth learning, and in the next step, they will combine the reality of Seda to further broaden the new ideas of follow-up governance and development, focus on the development of tourism services and other industries, and strive to promote local employment and boost employment poverty alleviation and income increase.
