Chen Jia, who graduated from Chuxiong Prefecture Agricultural School in 1990, has been engaged in quality inspection, sorting, tobacco inspection and other work, and has a unique sensitivity to tobacco grading and a fiery feeling for grading work. Nearly 30 years of time, grinding out the youth years, practicing the "golden eye of fire", from a half-understanding, to a "grading master", Chen Jia has won the first place in the Chuxiong Fu Roasting Factory Tobacco Grading Skills Competition, and the first prize in the Tobacco Grading Skills Competition of Yunnan Tobacco Re-roasting Co., Ltd. In 2018, in the "Seventh Yunnan Tobacco Monopoly Bureau (Company) Tobacco Rating Vocational Skills Competition", he achieved the tenth good result, won the second prize, and was awarded the title of "Yunnan Tobacco Monopoly Bureau (Company) Technical Expert", becoming the first "provincial hand" achieved in the field of tobacco rating since the establishment of the re-baking company. After achieving good results, Chen Jia actively responded to the call for high-quality development of the re-baking company, worked hard to exert the spirit of craftsmanship, enthusiastically led the improvement of grading skills, played a demonstration role in the company and various re-baking factories, and set off a boom in learning business and comparing skills.

After achieving excellent results, Chen Jia expects young employees to work hard to grow. Chuxiong Fu Roasting Factory has organized tobacco rating skills competitions for many years, and Chen Jia is responsible for training and discovering potential rating personnel, striving to do a good job in passing on help, passing on experience and skills with heart, and focusing on cultivating successors and young people. While doing a good job in his own work, Chen Jia has focused on the establishment of a tobacco rating sample library, and plans to collect more tobacco samples of different varieties in various cities across the province to build a good platform for cultivating high-skilled tobacco rating personnel.

"In the next step, under the correct leadership of the company's party committee and with the guidance and help of the factory, I will focus on establishing a talent pool of outsourced auxiliary workers in tobacco grading business through training and assessment, and strive to build a professional high-quality tobacco grading team, give play to the spirit of re-roasting craftsmen, continuously improve the level of tobacco grading, and better serve industrial and commercial customers", which is Chen Jia's most urgent expectation now.
