Tall, sunny appearance, dark skin, slightly shy, carrying a backpack with a book when working, this is the first impression given by Wang Shuai.
Wang Shuai, a member of the Communist Party of China and a native of Xi'an, Shaanxi Province, just graduated from university in 2014 at the Xichang Satellite Launch Center in the heart of Liangshan, Sichuan. Relying on the strength of hard work, in 7 years, he gradually grew from a "beginner rookie" to a "technical expert" who stood alone, because of his excellent technical skills, he was also called "handsome" by new and old colleagues.
Not afraid of difficulties, dare to take on heavy burdens. In the first half of this year, the center carried out centralized transformation of equipment and facilities, the transformation involved many systems, many state changes, many cross-operations, management and coordination difficulties, high safety risks, in order to ensure the smooth implementation of many parallel projects, to achieve progress, quality, safety control, Wang Shuai almost every day to stay at the construction site, busy until the early morning is also a common thing.
"The construction process affects the subsequent launch mission, the time is tight, the task is heavy, all projects must be carried out according to plan, and there can be no errors in the middle." Wang Shuai recalled. With the firm belief of "ensuring success without failing", he cooperated with his colleagues to work overtime to formulate the implementation plan of the equipment construction and transformation organization, reverse the construction plan, reasonably divide the work interface, fully identify risks, formulate preventive measures, clarify the work system, and finally under their strong promotion, the construction projects were successfully completed and put into use.
"The handsome guy stays on the scene every day, the project is explained, and then go to the next project site, if it goes well, it is fine, and when the construction is not smooth, it is so busy that I can't even see people eating." Talking about that time, colleague Yao Shiheng said.
Dare to think and dare to do, the courage to overcome difficulties. In April this year, during the transformation of a crane project, he found that the new equipment interfered with the original supporting facilities, and if it was not solved in time, the crane support capacity would be restricted.
"If you want to adjust, you have to replace a lot of cables, and the construction period is not guaranteed." At the coordination meeting, the person in charge of the construction party said helplessly. When everyone was at a loss, Wang Shuai broke the deadlock and boldly proposed that changing the cable laying path could solve the problem.
"This plan does not work, the design is not like this..." In the crowd, Wang Shuai's plan was rejected by the person in charge of the construction party.
"This is the result of my calculations, and there is nothing wrong with my proposed plan!" Without hesitation, Wang Shuai immediately put the on-site calculation plan in front of him. Before the start of a certain task, the air conditioning system equipment is routinely tested at the site. The attentive Wang Shuai just walked into the factory building and found that there was white debris on the floor of the factory, and he immediately realized the seriousness of the problem.
The plant is mainly used for important equipment testing, and now the found debris indicates that the cleanliness of the plant cannot meet the requirements of the task, and the inspection must be carried out immediately. But what's the problem? Is the epidermis of the wall shedding? Or is it an internal fault of the air conditioner? A series of possibilities flashed through Wang Shuai's mind. After confirming that there were no problems with each status, he concluded that the excess was caused by a broken HEPA filter.
"There are only 6 days left before the equipment enters the site on the same day, and the air conditioning heparate filter is the last hurdle in the air supply link of the plant, in order to completely solve the problem, it is necessary to find the fault point as soon as possible." Because the ducts are all at a high place, the filter is installed in the mezzanine, he led a group of people can only kneel forward, half squatting work, plus the sandwich closed and hot, their clothes are wet and dry, dry and wet, and so after checking dozens of air outlets, more than a hundred filters, finally find out the broken parts, unconsciously has passed 6 hours, the whole person feels haggard a lot, directly paralyzed on the ground.
"Filters are relatively durable products, why is there such a problem?" Without taking a break, he took the problem again and carefully checked the installation method and working status of the filter. "The size of this filter is large, so that the vertical installation of glass fiber paper is in a horizontal state, the use time is long, there will be dust accumulation, the weight in the middle is slow, and the material collapses under force, resulting in filter damage." As he spoke, he tore a piece of paper from his notebook and drew a simple schematic diagram.
The fault is clear, down is the elimination of the fault, how to solve? How to completely eliminate such problems? For a moment, the factory building suddenly fell silent. Looking at the filter in front of him, he measured the size, picked it up and fiddled with it, and finally after simply drawing a few drawings, he found a solution, and it was 3 a.m.
Honor plus body, always humble and cautious. Remember another time, an important place to adapt to the increase in the power load added a new set of UPS units, which can significantly improve the power supply guarantee capacity, but he felt that such a good machine put there only to give a fixed load guarantee is too wasteful, he proposed that you can add another output cabinet, the use of dual power switches to connect the two cabinets, you can do the double unit backup suggestion, his suggestion was quickly adopted and implemented by the leader. When he was praised by the leader afterwards, he modestly said, "As a party member, as an astronaut, I just did what I should do, and the results were all spelled out by everyone working together." ”
