In December 1921, through the introduction of Comrade Li Dazhao, he became an early Communist Party member after the founding of the Communist Party of China, and was also the first Communist Party member in Zhinan Region.
He was good at thinking, resourceful and careful, and when he was doing underground party work in Beiping, he delivered party documents, publications, letters, etc., and never made a mistake. He hid the party's secret documents in a double-layer tea box, between the inner and outer tires of the bicycle, and in a homemade hollow umbrella, hiding from the enemy's searches again and again, ensuring the safe delivery of the documents.
In December 1922, Wang Ziqing formed a party group in Ci County, directly under the leadership of the Northern District Committee and Li Dazhao, which was the first grass-roots organization of the CCP in the 37 counties of Zhinan (known as Zhili Province before 1928 in Hebei Province). In 1925, he established the Special Branch of cixian county of the Communist Party of China and served as secretary. In 1926, he established the Cixian County Committee of the Communist Party of China and served as the secretary.
He consciously carried the banner of revolution and sowed the seeds of revolution in Zhinan. He held the earliest mobilization meeting of the "three-three regime" in Zhinan CiXian county to lay a good foundation for our party in the poor peasant strata; he organized the famous "lantern conference" in the history of the peasant movement in southern Hebei to carry out the struggle against corruption and rent and interest rate reduction; he launched the struggle against "interpolation and should be poor" to resist donations and taxes, laying the foundation for the peasant revolt in Cixian County in the future; he successively led the strike of ten thousand miners in Liuhegou, the strike of the trolley society, the strike of the Puyang salt workers, and other revolutionary movements in Zhinan, and did not hesitate to sell houses and fields in order to support the revolution.
It was precisely such a great fighter who gave everything for the revolutionary cause and was not afraid of sacrifice, but in March 1938 he was mistakenly identified as a traitor and a spy by Kang Sheng, who was wrongly "Left" and executed in secret.
In May 1950, the hero's soul was finally revealed. Premier Zhou Enlai wrote to the Ci County government: "Prince Qing has sacrificed for the revolution, and I hope that the local government will take good care of his family and children and treat them as martyrs." ”
In the history of cixian and zhinan party history, Wang Ziqing occupies an important position. He was 35 years old at the time of his death, but had already made great achievements for the cause of the party. In 1990, with the approval of the Organization Department of the CPC Central Committee, the Jinji-Hebei Luyu Martyrs Cemetery built a tombstone for the martyr Wang Ziqing to forever commemorate his selfless dedication and immortal merits.
