Wang Ziqing (1903-1938), a native of Ci County, Hebei Province. He joined the Communist Party of China in December 1921. In 1922, the first Communist Group in CiXian was established. In the summer of 1925, he led the establishment of the Special Party Branch of Cixian County of the Communist Party of China and served as secretary. In April 1926, the special branch of CiXian County held a meeting and established the first county committee in Handan, the CPC Cixian County Committee, and Wang Ziqing was elected secretary. In 1927, more than 2,000 peasants were organized to hold a huge rally and parade, which was the famous "Lantern Conference" in the history of the peasant movement in southern Hebei. In June 1928, on behalf of the Shunzhi Provincial Party Committee, he participated in the Sixth National Congress of the Communist Party of China. In May 1930, Wang Ziqing participated in leading the "May Day" riot in Cixian County. After the failure of the uprising, in the bloody storm of the white terror, Wang Ziqing and others persisted in the struggle and set up the Zhinan Special Committee to continue to lead the revolutionary struggle of the zhinan people. He also asked his wife to sell her house and land to support needy workers and the families of martyrs. In 1931, he was appointed Secretary of the Zhinan Special Committee. In 1935, he was transferred to the Shanghai Central Bureau, but was soon arrested for informing traitors. After escaping, he returned to Zhinan to find the party organization and continue to engage in revolutionary activities. In October 1937, he was sent to the Central Party School to study, and died in Yan'an in 1938.
